As I was setting appointment with Kathy, she was sure I got the $69.99 NEW Customer/Veterans clean/tune price and $50 service credit applied to the cost of the coolant, saying they would gladly "honor" the New Customer offers, despite the 3rd week of Dailey temperatures in the high 90's and heat indexes over 105 degrees, a time people needing help would not object to their normal $110. The tech Scott, that arrived made me " feel encouraged" to ask questions regarding optimum performance of my A/C, coolant costs, and at a fair price too. I was referred to them by word of mouth and look forward to next winters furnace check. This was keeping the customer in mind while servicing the unit and will earn them my "Repeat" Business. Consider them!

Called Energy Stars late on a Sunday evening. Received call back first thing next morning. After explaining our issue was put on the schedule for that very day. Communication was smooth and received call from the kindest, most professional, experienced and extremely knowledgeable technician, Eric. He not only fixed our problem but took the time to explain how our system worked. This information was much appreciated as we moved to O’Fallon after living our entire lives in Northern California - a much different climate. Thank you Eric!

Scott was very respectful of my schedule, arriving a bit early and doing his work efficiently. I’ve always felt that he is looking out for my best interests, never being “sold” anything. Today I needed coolant added to my air conditioner. Scott went out of his way to show me the dashboard results before and after adding the coolant, explaining what each one was measuring.

The 3 gentlemen who installed my furnace and air conditioner were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Great service!!!

Today Energy Stars returned to my home to assist me in operating my newly installed Google Nest Digital Thermostat. Eric and the other gentleman were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have had NOTHING but great experiences with Energy Star. The customer service over the phone is also always beyond great! This company is AMAZING!

Eric was able to pinpoint the problem with my furnace and got it working properly. I appreciate it after a long bout with it!

Nice gentlemen, seemed to know what they were doing but of course I have to see how my new furnace operates before I comment further.

Furnace was leaking, Logan came out and fixed it. He has great customer service, super nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable. He definitely takes pride in his job and does great work. He deserves a high rating and a big raise. Energy Star is a great company and everyone is always helpful and kind.

Energy Stars sent two technicians/ installers to my home to replace my antiquated/ worn out heating ,& air conditioning systems. Both technicians were professional., friendly ,and answered any questions or concerns I had.They were respectful of my home ,and they thoroughly cleaned up when the work was completed. I highly recommend Energy Stars, without hesitation, to anyone needing the services they provide. Plans are to remain an on-going customer for systems maintenance .

Everyone that I encountered was so knowledgeable about the entire process and very helpful. I called on a Friday afternoon and got an appointment to have a technician come out to diagnose the problem with my AC on Monday. Tuesday morning they were here bright and early and had my new heat pump installed and running by 1:30. I would highly recommend them.

The technicians were very professional, explained everything, and cleaned up behind themselves. Excellent customer service 👏!

They are very informative and will never leave your side during the process. I felt comfortable and never felt I was a bother at anytime when I contacted their offices. IF I COULD GIVE 100 stars I most certainly would. There were some issues with a program ran by Ameren of which I applied. ENERGY STARS are the contractor for Amerens faulty program Energy Stars , Jason, had the work completed at no cost to me, and said he’d deal with Ameren later. This is an example of putting your customers first, going above and beyond and being committed to excellent customer service. Thank you

Two experts from Energy Stars Heating & Cooling Company arrived at our home on Tuesday morning, precisely at 9:00 a.m. Their prompt arrival was a sign that they were they professional. They did their job, removing the old furnace and installing the new one with a limited amount of noise, no mishaps, no complaints or concerns. We were expecting a day-long job, but they were totally finished (including clean-up) by two in the afternoon! The new system works perfectly and throughout the day these two men worked like a well-oiled machine. They were very professional, extremely polite and we are 100% impressed with the final results. Our thanks to Energy Stars Heating & Cooling Company for an outstanding job and definitely our thanks to "Deontay" and "Eric" (my apologies if I spelled either name wrong). Your time, service and professionalism are very much appreciated. I definitely understand why Energy Stars Heating & Cooling Company gets such excellent reviews! Thank you so much.
And by the way, Eric stopped by to check the air conditioning unit. Like all of the other employees at Energy Stars Hearing and Cooling, Eric was polite, very professional, went above and beyond the call to explain what was right or wrong with my system and he (like all the others) is a pleasure to work with. I am beyond satisfied with Energy Stars! They had someone out to me within 2 hours of calling and got the new unit installed 2 days later. Ive been putting off getting a new unit and then my old one finally just stopped working all together. They gave me options on what kind of unit to get and explained it in simple terms what everything was. This new unit has the house feeling the best its felt in a summer in years! They were super nice and helpful, highly recommend.

I called Wednesday evening after business and received a call Thursday morning. They were able to send someone Thursday morning. I am so grateful. Fixed the issue and my air is back running.
