The service was quick, as they arrived on the same day I had an AC issue. They replaced my old thermostat with a new one and thoroughly checked the entire system for no extra charge. Their fast response and thorough work made for great customer service – I'll definitely call them if I need help again.

We were thoroughly misled by this company. They claimed we'd receive a $400 service for $800, with a "weekend" discount. However, all we got was a sticker on our furnace stating no extra charges would be applied. Now our heater is not working properly and they're denying their one-year warranty commitment. When we called to complain, the technician became defensive and unhelpful, claiming he wouldn't visit because my boyfriend was upset about the cost. He refused to provide us with information about the circuit board installed during the job, which only added to our frustration.
