Very helpful, friendly, professional and I love the prices. I was looking for a specific bulb that they did not have in stock and they found it, ordered it and gave me a deal.

I will start by saying that I am not a professional electrician, but I know enough to get myself in trouble.
I was taking the main electric line from the house going to a garage then to a barn I bought almost $2000 worth of equipment and wire from Butler to accomplish this.
On the outside, two gauge aluminum wire which you can bury in Madison County I did not notice that there were three black wires that were identified the same and one wire was yellow, a four gauge wire which I knew that was the ground.
Come time to hook it up. I called Butler and said hey how do I find my neutral line in these three black wires and basically the answer I got was we’re not electricians. We can’t help you but call this contractor who buys from us and ask for Mike he can help you. I thought that was very strange and I asked for the manufacturers phone number that I could call them and find out. But they refused to give me that manufacturer’s phone number.
I did call the contractor and the lady who answered the phone said that was a very strange thing for Butler supply to tell me to call them for an answer that butler supply sold me the wire. So I never did talk to Mike. He never called me back, which I didn’t expect him to, but I thought that was very unprofessional of Butler supply to not have an answer to give me. I understand that lawyers can’t screw up a good thing, and that is probably what’s going on here. They were afraid to say anything because of lawyers. Had a great experience, buying the cables and equipment, but a horrible experience trying to get a straight answer from Butler supply
