Just bought a home in Leyden Township il with a crawl space and a outdoor spigot that I was told it needed to be dripping, Well with these past weeks of non stop freezing days & nights awoke to a gussing loud water noise under my home, went outside found that my spigot that was attached to the home is now 1foot away frozen bursted with water all over, PANICKED and called M&M @ 6am, nice and courteous told me they had 2 calls ahead of us and arrived at my home by 8am, came calmly fixed my problem at a great price and gave me a peace of mind. Johnathan and his assistant Eric provided exceptional service today. They arrived punctually in Melrose Park, appropriately dressed for the current situation, although I'm not particularly concerned about masks and gloves. Moreover, they were considerate towards our home. They confidently resolved the plumbing problem without any trouble, and the cost was incredibly reasonable due to the club savings. I want to extend my gratitude for easing our worries about this stressful situation; indeed, peace of mind is invaluable.

Johnathan from David & Sons Plumbing & Electrical came to handle our toilet repair and was able to get everything done in less than an hour, saving us a whole day. His pricing was fair and the work was completed swiftly and effectively. He even saved us some additional cash by having a spare toilet part that we required! Our gratitude goes out to him. Reached out for assistance with a blocked pipe leading to our septic tank outside of regular hours. We were helped by eric who was absolutely excellent! He was polite, informed, friendly and very professional. Even though it was quite late in the day, he ensured that we were happy with the end result. Thanks eric!

good and truthful! What more could you want? I rang up david & sons Plumbing & Electrical late on a Friday because my faucet wouldn't function and spoke to johnathan. He didn't have someone to dispatch immediately, but he advised me to try something on my pipe while he was on the line with me and it did the trick. He could have simply sent out eric over the weekend and billed me heavily for a minor fix. I will surely engage their services again in melrose park.

Problem solved in under an hour after making a call! The cost was more reasonable than anticipated, and the plumber, Johnathan, was courteous and pleasant. He did a great job, and I'll definitely be keeping his contact for future plumbing needs in Melrose Park. Also, who knew plumbers could be so good-looking? :) Many thanks to the team!

I first met Johnathan when he was overseeing a big plumbing project at my condo in Melrose Park, where the crew dug up and replaced the main sewer and water lines along a long indoor hallway. He also swapped out my old main water shut-off gate valve with a new ball valve, which has worked perfectly ever since. More recently, he handled several plumbing tasks for me: replacing the shower/tub valve, tub spout, and shower head, fixing my toilet, and installing a new bathroom faucet. The pricing was very fair. I’m planning to have him replace my water heater in the future, too—he really does it all! Johnathan is friendly, professional, and really cares about doing quality plumbing work. I highly recommend M & M Services Plumbing!

Called about 11 p.m. for serious leak, based on ad in Buyer's Choice directory, 24/7 emergency service. Left a message with "Chuck" explaining the problem as I saw it but never got a call back. Not even the next day. No "fast, friendly service" here. Disappointed senior.

Called and spoke with a woman who answered the phone. I explained what we are looking for, mind you from the beginning of the call she was by far extremely rude with questions, demands, and disrespectful by her comments to me with no filter, she was by far obnoxious with no filter knowledge that she is answering a business phone. Not sure if the rest of the business knows how her customer service level is, if so huge disappointment and their business loss for her careless actions. M & M will continue to loose more business with this person partaking in business roles, more so during covid business loss. I can see why there is also no website listed.

Came to my house last weekend. The tech came and looked the pipe at the kitchen and basement and estimated $650.00+ and I said I could not afford that much to fix my pipe. He came outside his van and then he came back in with the paper in front of my house that I have had the camera. He asked me to sign the paper that no fee. I looked the paper and no fee and then I signed. I called the different services. They charged me only $150 and they fixed the problem. Today M&M woman called in and threatened me to pay $95.00 for the services by today otherwise she will send me to the collection. Everyone should not call this service. I still keep the video with voice in the computer and I will sue if they put me in the collection because they threatened me and abused the collection that might damage to my future credit, mental.

Will never work with them again. They completely overcharged for fixing a water heater. For the price to fix the water heater we could have purchased a completely new water heater and saved an additional $600. Also they never properly communicated the charges ahead of time. When we approached them about the price they were rude and did nothing to fix the situation. Instead they said, "Fine... don't ever do business with us again." Totally unprofessional.
