The absolute best supply house for those who can fix it but don't have the plumbing vocabulary.. I'm an iron worker by trade and a pretty good service plumber and they treat you right even though your not a licenced plumber.. Won't go anywhere else.

Went in looking for a bridge between two 1/2" pipes with a 3/4" connection, and you would have thought I was asking for a unicorn horn. I've since learned this is about as basic as parts come. The LUMBER guy at Home Depot knew exactly what I needed based merely on a vague description of my project - only a fraction of the information I gave the guy at Royal. Amazed that these people are still in business.

Went in to purchase replacement parts for my water heater. Was told I can return it if I didn’t use it. Next day I went in to return the unused/unopened just as it was purchased but was told that part wasn’t refundable.. shady business practices..
