Had Bob the plumber come out to my house today he did excellent job I'm fixing my kitchen sink in my bathroom sink he was very professional and very kind he answered all my questions that I asked and my sinks are working good again

July 2017 had water backup in bsmn. Rcszabo plumbing was sent by home warranty company. Though repairs weren't covered by warranty co I soon realized the price quoted was good price. I felt mr robert was sure of my issue and just knew plumbing. Though my dad suggested always get few estimates, after first call back quote of work to be done, I scheduled work with szabo. That company wanted 375 to rod and assess situation plus almost double szabo price to do work. I decided I'm sticking with szabo he was able to locate clean out that previous plumbers hadn't or just didn't tell me was there to charge me to install. This will be my plumber. Highly recommend. I pray continued success with your business. Don't change!

After exhausting google searches and many phone calls, I finally found RC Szabo Plumbing to service my Aunt’s plumbing in Glenwood. The owner picked up the phone when I called. A good sign that it’s family owned and a local company. Got the appointment scheduled for the next morning.
Rob S. called when he was on his way and arrived on time. When he saw our line up of shoes outside the door, he conscientiously offered to remove his shoes too. Rob is friendly and establishes rapport quickly (he’s got jokes too). He made my Aunt and wife feel very comfortable about the service; they were apprehensive about finding a contractor we could trust. Rob then gave me his assessment and a free estimate. It was a very fair price for the job! So we gave him the green light. Rob S. replaced the kitchen faucet and some of the pipes underneath. He gave me periodic updates as he worked. Rob even let me know which pipes needed replacement and which ones didn’t. He didn’t want us to spend any extra money on unneeded fixes as he sensed our budget for the project was limited. Rob was very mindful of our concerns. Once the pipes were fixed and he was on the last step of installing the new kitchen faucet, he called my Aunt over and asked if her preference was to have the handle on the left or the right. Just so happens that she is left handed and preferred the former. She’s always had difficulty with certain appliances (can openers, etc) since there usually made for right-handed people. This quickly turned into an emotional moment for her and my wife as Rob cared enough to personalize the faucet to suit her needs. So thoughtful!
Afterwards, my Aunt said she’d take the old parts to the trash and Rob insisted that he would do that. He thoroughly cleaned up the mess and threw the old parts out.
