Five stars for sure! Called Saturday late evening and I had a technician out Sunday morning.Had Quintrell as our technician. Explained everything to us and was very quick to notice the part that needed fixing was under warranty still. He was very detailed and got us back up and running within an hour. Very pleased with this company and will use them again in the future!

Couldn’t have asked for quicker service! My hot water tank went out and they were here within 2 hours to replace it. Very professional, curious, and explained everything! Highly recommend! Thank you Ross and Alejandro for a job well done!!

This summer, in two separate instances (1 AC related, 1 furnace related) we utilized Comfort First. In both instances, we had an extremely quick dispatch time with very well trained and experienced technicians. With the way I am, the technicians allowed me to “learn” why the issues occurred. (I ask a LOT of questions!).

Well priced service, knowledgeable technicians allowed, and courteous agents on the phone. Can’t ask for anything more!

Wonderful company to work with. Their staff are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Their service is top-notch. Met today to discuss purchasing a new furnace and air conditioner. Mike was thorough and listened to my needs, and created three options for my consideration. There was no sales pitch or pressure.

I have used them for a few years now. The techs that come out are very knowledgeable helpful and understanding. They always provide a resolution that is reasonable.

Service was phenomenal. Multiple people, with different levels of expertise came out and helped us determine a fix for our broken AC during a crucial HOT time when our dogs needed it the most. New unit looks simply amazing and we’re back to coolin! Great work guys we appreciate it.

My furnace wasn't working and they were able to come out right away. The service call charge was reasonable plus the tech was knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely call them again.

They did some work for me putting in a damper system. I also just had a furnace cleaning. Great technicians and great company! Probably not the cheapest, but you get high quality installations and repairs.

Our technician was very professional and went over everything and his recommendations. Appreciated that he wasn’t high-pressure and trying to sell us. Something definitely will use in the future. We do know that we’re going to need to replace the air conditioning in the furnace here soon looking to see About prices.

Came out in a pinch because we had smoke coming out of our vents.
Edit: I would also like to add since I didn't have much time to write the review earlier. That the tech that came out was very professional and seemed knowledgeable. He also made calls to other techs to get more input. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with HVAC tech, Joe C. from Comfort First. He cleaned my furnace and dryer vent. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant. He patiently answered all of my questions and offered simple suggestions as to how to keep my furnace in a good working condition. Thanks!

Ty was extremely professional. He came into my home and covered his feet so nothing would get dirty. He went through and explained everything to me. Very knowledgeable and extremely polite. I highly recommend him and comfort first.
