Jim from RJ Graham was out on 1/13/23 to do some work at my house. Very prompt (actually early), pleasant and informative. Price was also very reasonable. Will definitely call them in the future if needed

My hot water heater went out late one night. I called RJ Graham first thing in the morning to see if someone could come out. Gina and Alfonso arrived to my home and determined I need a new unit and installed that afternoon! Both Gina & Alfonso were very nice and also professional.

Also I spoke to Dana in the office who I felt went above and beyond by checking my warranty of the heater. The unit ended up being under warranty so it only cost me labor! Much less than what it could have been. Friendly customer service, speedy service & very professional!

R.J. Graham Plumbing is the best! Had a pipe freeze and break over the 2022 holidays. Steve was fabulous! He explained and repaired the problem expertly and timely. Their pricing was also very fair. I will rely on R.J. Graham to assist with any future plumbing work.

I came into town to move my 19 year old son to Mokena. Right after we arrived the same day, the refrigerator broke. We pulled it out and noticed a copper water line. This house is super old, and we were not comfortable messing with it. Not knowing the area, I checked Google and just selected this plumbing business. I called at 9 am and a sweet, beautiful lady answered the phone. I told her the situation, and she explained she was booked solid. But as we talked a little more and told her I would be leaving soon and another fridge was on the way, she called her husband, who is the owner, and he agreed to fit us in. 2 hours went by, and there was a knock at the door. The owners son came, who is also a plumber. He knew what to do. And not only did he disconnect the line, but also took the time to show my son everything. This was not so easy. As this house was very old and had to go into the ceiling and find the water cut off. He was so very nice and knew his job. He was professional, friendly, kind, and the whole family was very accommodating. These guys are our new plumbers. And as much as I love giving this well-deserved review, I just know they will be even more busy now. Thank you for coming to the rescue, R.J. Graham plumbing.

Have been using Rj Graham plumbing for years now.. Well run company where customer satisfaction is number one.. Had clogged drain and unlike other times this one stopped everything in house. Called them night before and when they opened called us right away…mentioned they were all booked for today but would be out next day… Before hanging up said …if unable to use upstairs plumbing to call back(tried upstairs and everything started to back up at problem spot downstairs.) They got back to me within the hour and said we’ll be out today!! Steven our plumber was polite and very attentive to our new carpet. He was informative and did a excellent job clearing the drain… Made sure it was to our satisfaction.. As I have stated before about RJ Graham plumbing, there are so many 1-800 companies that promise this or that but RJ plumbing DELIVERS! Thanks again Steve and thanks again RJ Graham plumbing!!!

Since moving to this house we have had Brian out twice for 3 toilets replaced, faucet, new water heater and removing old water softener. He is the best - quick, neat and we trust him. The added hot water heater warranty they cover is amazing. They stand behind their work.

Can’t say enough good things about this plumbing company. They replaced our very large, 75 gallon water heater and we’re on time, neat, professional, polite and cost competitive. Charges were exactly what was agreed upon prior to the job - no hidden fees. They also took our old water heater away, not just to our curb. Six year guarantee on labor on this particular water heater. RJ Graham is officially our “go to” plumbers after this experience. You will not regret hiring them for your work.

I wanted to be sure to review this business because the Google reviews are what led me to them. Hands-down the best plumbing experience I have ever had. So easy to make an appointment, seamless communication re: the arrival window (day before) and specific time (day of). The leak was quickly detected (one upstairs toilet was not correctly set) and repaired. Plus the plumber was friendly, clearly managed my expectations, and basically left no trace (and we are a neatnik household).

My experience was great. I needed the hose bib at a new property changed out and they were super responsive, showed when they said they would, and were able to complete the service very quickly. Brian did a fantastic job and was super professional. I'd recommend this company to anyone else looking for a plumber.

RJ Graham come highly recommended on a local Handyman page. No disappointment here! Initially coming in to find the source of a hammer/air lock, it was quickly fixed with a push of a hanger into place. I asked for some pricing on changing a toilet and installing new fittings to three toilets. Pricing was realistic, service by Logan was efficient, and he was on time and was quiet with the work he completed. I can add to their highly satisfied clients!

Everything went perfectly from the initial phone call through the installation of my hot water tank. Great communication, courteous, clean, and careful. Did not try to oversell, gave me options to choose from, and treated my home like it was their own. Great job, R .J. Graham!

Can't say enough about the quality of service from R J Graham Plumbing! Highly recommend them - very reasonably priced as well. We had some water in our basement and weren't 100% sure where it was coming from. Brian came out and found the issue right away (sump pump) and replaced it on the spot. We called over the weekend and had a tech come out on Monday. Brian was great and very knowledgeable. Will be using them again in the future for any plumbing needs!

These guys are the best. Brian was helpful, friendly, and highly professional. He explained everything to us and provided guidance and options. We had a problem with our water heater shortly after Brian completed his work but to our surprise the owner Steve came out the next day and quickly fixed our problem. I can’t say enough about this company but suffice to state that they will have my business from this day forward. Their work is above and beyond what we could have expected. Their pricing is also competitive.

Was having issues with the main sewer line from my house backing up causing it to spill out of my floor drains in the basement. Had other companies come out and give me insane prices for them to install a clean out in front. Talked to R.J. Graham plumbing and was relieved at the price. Everyone that we delt with here was super professional and so knowledgeable on everything that needed to be done. They truly do put the customer first and have the best quality of work. Highly recommend using them for any and all plumbing issues.

I had Steve come out and do a detailed inspection of all of piping functionality. Another plumbing company suggested we do a service that would have cost us over $600. I called RJ Graham Plumbing for a 2nd opinion. Steve took his time to check everything out and explained everything in great detail. He addressed other issues worth fixing that made much more sense than what the other company was suggesting. He fixed some minor clogging issue in one bathroom and didn’t even ask for a dime. I would definitely recommend this company for an honest and detailed estimate and inspection of your plumbing.

Steve and his crew are awesome! My hot water heater started leaking water on a Thursday. He had his son come out on Friday and diagnose the issue. New hot water heater needed, but old one was still under warranty! Got the new one ordered and Steve put us on the calendar for the following Monday. Highly recommend.

We have used RJ Graham Plumbing for a few years now. Typically, when we call we have to leave a voicemail or we text them. They always respond in a few hours at most and schedule us ASAP. Steve has been the plumber who has come most often. He is very thorough with his explanations and is a true professional. No matter who we have had over here, the crew always leaves everything clean and fixed. Their prices are reasonable, and you know that you are getting an honest opinion. You can't go wrong with this company.

My experience was great from start to finish. I had my kitchen faucet replaced. The plumber, Jim arrived as promised and was very polite and professional. He completed the job in less than an hour and cleaned up thoroughly. I will definitely use them again in the future!

I had a pipe leaking in my basement & immediately knew who to call.R.J. Graham did repair work previously & were excellent....from speaking with the helpful lady who set up the appointment to "Jim" completing the job. The leak was fixed , area cleaned up & the price was fair. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
