Great experience all round! Jim and Justin were very friendly and knowledgeable. The timeliness was much appreciated. I am very happy with the work they did and would definitely endorse them to everyone!

I called because I needed my washer hooked up. They were able to come within the hour so that was fantastic. Tech explained everything to me and was very friendly. Found the most economical solution to our problem, and executed it flawlessly! This is his second time here, and did excellent job both times. I would highly recommend and I will be calling them if I need help in the future.

The basement was flooded after heavy rain fall. The first time the basement has had a water issue. I called Empire Plumbing Service and they came right away to solve the flooding. They put in new drain and I am very happy with the work. Thank you!

Empire Plumbing Service guys walked through everything with me, solved the problem and walked through everything at the end. A supervisor also came by to ask how everything went. Everyone was amazingly helpful and they were very upfront with expected costs, nothing hidden or thrown in at the last minute. Would definitely recommend and I will probably be using their services again!

It is so easy to schedule on-line. I get my confirmation email and a call the next morning 30 minutes before the plumber arrived. Ken was amazing! He took apart our old, broken, bathroom faucet (with a saw no less!) and replaced it with a beautiful new fixture. He was prompt, professional and a really nice guy. I would definitely recommend calling with any project, big or small. I didn't think to take a before photo, (the hot water knob had broken off in my husband's hand), but here are the fantastic after shots.

We had a slab leak two days ago. The problem was more difficult due to the fact the leak was located inside a structural support beam and the pipe had to be cut on both sides of the beam and re-routed. Empire Plumbing Service crew was amazing, efficient and kind. They made a very difficult situation better by being prompt, honest and sensitive to the crazy situation. Everything was fixed quickly, thank you.

Mike was very knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about the service he provided, which unfortunately is something hard to find these days. He was able to come a few minutes after I called him and replace a leaking pipe.He also took his time to clean up after he was done. I would definitely recommend Empire Plumbing Service.

Had a great experience with Mike from Empire Plumbing Service. Called for a blocked toilet, but it cleared before he arrived. Asked him to look at my faucet that was not working. He offered great advice and solved the issue. Great young man with awesome communication skills. Highly recommend him if you are looking for a plumber.

I've had Empire Plumbing Service several times and despite people telling me they are reliable, I also found out their prices are equal or lower to anyone else around. They replaced a sink for me and saved me from buying a whole new vanity. I had trouble with the hot water heater pipes a few months ago and they came out and replaced it. I just called them tonight at and they're coming out tomorrow morning to check this water heater again. Great service and they come out fast.

My kitchen sink was leaking and I called Empire Plumbing Service after a recommendation from a neighbour and they analyzed the problem and gave me 5 different options to fix the leak. They finished the job quickly and didn't leave a mark behind. Very happy with the plumbers and the service offered .Every one of them was knowledgeable, courteous, skilled and reliable -- plus they arrive when they say they will. I highly recommend them.

We've used Empire Plumbing Service several times and will continue using them.They're on time, courteous and thoughtful. They recently came to adjust the position of a drain pipe outside our home. It was a somewhat complicated job but they did it in less time than estimated and the work was high quality.Mike and his team were terrific.
