My furnace stopped working on a particularly cold night, so I called Energy Services. A technician by the name of Steve M showed promptly the next morning to discover an overheated blower motor on an 18 year old existing furnace. Steve was so nice and very detailed in his summary of the furnace and what would be the next steps. After discussing the different pricing options between repairing the blower motor and replacing the entire furnace, we decided to purchase a new furnace and have energy services install it. Steve put us in touch with Brian a rep from energy services who again went over all the models and pricing for us and then scheduled install of the new furnace the following morning. Alex R and Jon were the two install professionals that arrived early the next day ready to install our new furnace. They were extremely professional, friendly and detailed. Their housekeeping was exceptional during removal of the existing furnace and Installing the new unit. From wearing booties throughout the house, to laying down tarps/blankets on the floors and stairs, and taking their time not to damage any walls or finishes was extremely appreciated. Alex R and Jon took the time to explain what they were doing and consulted us on future operation and maintenance procedures, as well as a valued overview of the warranty provided. The entire team was exceptional from the initial call and inspection through final installation and payment. I could not recommend this company more, and that means a lot considering I have 15 years experiences as a general contractor building anything from schools, bridges, hospitals, and hotels to large warehouse and data centers. I have seen what good companies look like and I have seen bad ones throughout my career and I can state for a fact that Energy Services and their employees are an exceptional company. I will be utilizing their services moving forward and requesting this team for all my HVAC needs moving forward.

I woke and noticed the upstairs was warmer than usual. This was the first time I’ve called Energy Services. I called at 9am, they got me on their schedule immediately. David Beam arrived at 10:30am, inspected my system and replaced a bad capacitor. David was very friendly and knowledgeable, one of the best HVAC techs I’ve had in 20 years of home ownership. We are new to the area, but I’ll definitely call them for future maintenance and issues.

Shout out to Henry and Andrew thank you for your services today on my furnace! I appreciate you not only your thorough inspection on my furnace but also spending the time to figure out where the squeaky noise was coming from that has nothing to do with the furnace LOL

We had an emergency air conditioner issue and Henry Aguirre came out and was very helpful -explaining to us what he needed to do to fix it . Not only was he helpful but we appreciated his coming out by us late in the evening. Great customer service. Also appreciate being a maintenance plan member- helped us out a TON financially this time.

Tyler was prompt, professional and efficient when doing our furnace and humidifier clean and check. Answered all questions to my satisfaction.

Tyler did an excellent job during a scheduled air conditioning check up. He was thorough, explained each of the different checks he was going to do on the system, and shared the results with me. He has an excellent attitude, was professional, and clearly cares about the customer.

I checked with three HVAC companies. Energy Services is still the one (They designed and installed my HVAC when I built the house in 1988). Greg was very knowledgeable, and the price was significantly better than the other two companies for the same system. Javi and Matt removed my old system and installed the new one in one day. I was very happy with the experience - they kept me informed and were skilled, friendly, and hard working. It has been over one month since installation and I am very happy with the AC. They did test the furnace, but I won't be using it until later :-) In summary, I would buy from Energy Services again.

Air conditioner maintenance was done promptly - they gave me a 5 hour PM window but I indicated earlier would be better and they came first thing in the PM which was great. Brandon, the tech, was very helpful in finding a loose wire on our heat pump and verifying everything worked after he tighted up the connection. He also changed the filter on the furnace with a new one I already had sitting on top of the furnace saving a trip into the crawl space.

Energy Services Air Conditioning serviced our HVAC system and Andrew did a great job reviewing the work with us. We are very pleased with their service.

My wife and I used EnergyServ for some recent projects. When we had additional questions about an air conditioning service to decide how to proceed forward with our unit, the company sent out 2 workers as a courtesy to take a 2nd look to further explain our options in-person. This helped us to make a cost savings decision on extending our unit vs purchasing a new one.

We also recently had duct cleaning. The workers were very professional. We appreciated that they were very conscious of not scuffing our newly painted walls with equipment, were careful, and kept a neat workspace. They gave a thorough explanation at the end of their job of work done. The cost was reasonable as well.

Highly recommend EnergyServ! We are newer customers and have appreciated the great service.

Susan was GREAT! She figured out that our thermostat got afternoon sun directly on it which threw off the correct reading of the bedroom temperatures. It explains why the bedrooms were not heating when it was cold.

David was on time and honest. He explained what needed to be done, with clarity. I will use this company again. I would readily request David!

Matt G. was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions regarding our current system and future systems we are considering. He was fantastic to point out that our water heater was rusted and showed signs it had leaked at some point. Gave us quotes for new one- tank and tankless. But without making me uncomfortable with too much pressure. He fully explained the need and how each unit works. The difference between the 2 kinds and the brands and why your company recommends them. I was super impressed with Matt. Though we have always been happy either way all the techs from your company.

Completely honest and transparent with us from start to finish. Matt went above and beyond, first arriving within an hour of us calling and the spent the time to figure out the issue and presented us both short and long-term solutions. 5 stars all the way.

They always do a thorough inspection of the system. They recently found a hard to see problem that could have become deadly. The repair was done quickly and management was able to find a way to significantly reduce the cost. I highly recommend this company.
