I initially called Quality Home back in October and they were booked till December. With that many appointments blocked for two minths they must be busy! I made the appointment with Danielle who was thoughtful and very thorough with the details of the service. Come December, Brad was very professional and respectful. He wore his mask the entire time and coordinated the room cleaning with my kids remote learning and me working from home. He even showed me before and after pics of the vents. Got a small rebate from Brad when he found a $20 bill in my dryer. That's honest! Will definitely refer/call them again when it's time to clean.

From the first phone call I was impressed with Quality Home Air. Danielle was friendly, warm, and so knowledgeable. She described the entire process and made me feel very confident that they knew their stuff.

Communication through the entire process was great. The day of our vent cleaning, they gave us an hour heads up on their arrival and came right on time. They did a fantastic job as you can see!! And they left our home dust free and clean.

I used to sneeze so much at home. Since getting the vents cleaned I'm sneeze free! Can't recommend this company enough.

Brad & Danielle run a good quality family business. They were extremely easy to work with, up front and honest, on time, and provided impeccable service. We just moved into our home and knew the ducts needed cleaning. Brad provided before and after pictures of his work, and also took us through the process while at our home. Brad & Danielle are the epitome of professionalism, class, and service. They got us in earlier than our originally scheduled appointment and where clear and upfront with all costs associated with their service. During the service, Brad was extremely helpful in giving us advice in our overall system as well as tips on improving airflow in our master bedroom which we followed and saw immediate results (2-3 degree difference)! I called Quality Home Air for a home air duct cleaning. I was referred to Brad by a friend who also had a great experience. I am extremely impressed with the quality of work, professionalism, and thorough job that was done. Brad educated me about all of the steps of the process, which I appreciated. He spent 4.5 hours making sure that he addressed every last vent and duct. I was amazed at how much dirt was built up in our ducts, and how clean he was able to get them! You rarely find businesses to a standard as high as Quality Home Air.

I’ve never given much thought to getting HVAC ducts cleaned, since we’ve always had a HEPA air cleaner attached to the furnace. But when our AC unit recently broke down, getting the air ducts cleaned prior to the installation of a new AC seemed reasonable, more so since I noticed my allergies have been getting worse. After scheduling the appointment, the crew came out the following week. Their cleaning process is quite comprehensive, involving multiple steps: (1) vacuuming loose debris from each register - both the supply and return registers, (2) using high-pressure air tools to dislodge debris adhered to the duct surfaces, (3) suctioning debris through an access panel in the basement air plenum, and (4) vacuuming debris from the furnace blower compartment. From start to finish, it took a good 2.5 hours. The accumulated dirt/grime/gunk in the “before” photos of our ducts was quite startling. The “after” photos show the effectiveness of the cleaning process. I’m very pleased with the results - highly recommend Quality Home Air.

Quality Home Air is the very pleasant and professional company to work with. Danielle charging for the office part is an amazingly organized person and know well about their service. The whole process from inquire for the service to getting the service done went very smoothly. Brad doing the service is very professional and knowledgeable. He knows how to clean vents efficiently and to resolve a problem. They are also very friendly and polite. They know how to treat their customers and run their business.
After 4 months of their dryer duct cleaning, I got the same error code with my dryer. They came out next day. The dryer vent is pretty much clean, but he found the problem on the duct work in the attic and adjusted. I wish he should have checked the duct work in the attic when he came for the initial cleaning. So I would not have the same problem within 4 months and cause me the unnecessary service call charge.
++ After the dryer vent cleaning 3 years ago, I got the air duct cleaning and the dryer vent cleaning today. I was able to present during the whole service. Brad is very detail-oriented explainer for step-by-step procedures. The whole process is organized well. He knows what to do. He is honest and reasonable. I would recommend to my family and friends.

I called Quality Home Air based on the Yelp reviews and it is only proper for me to add to it. I initially spoke to Danielle and she was very thorough and detailed in explaining the process and pricing. No pressure and no hard selling. Brad arrived as scheduled and did an awesome job cleaning the ducts and dryer vent. He explained the process and showed me some debris he pulled out during the process. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Excellent Service, highly recommend! Brad was professional and explained all steps to the cleaning processes. We have Duct Board installed which has to be carefully cleaned and Brad did an excellent job explaining how the process would be different to ensure the Duct Board was cleaned but not damage. I also appreciated the before and after photos. I will definitely use their services again.

I am the one who usually gets three quotes when I do anything, but I came across Quality Home Air through Google and read the reviews and read nothing but good things. I love supporting local businesses and from the first initial phone call, the booking process and the confirmations leading up to our cleaning day was super efficient. Needless to say, they were my only quote and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their air ducts cleaned out. Brad was very professional and friendly, knowledgeable and included me when it came to showing me how dirty our air ducts were. The follow up with before and after pictures was extremely prompt as well. I look forward to working with Brad and his business in the future.

I had Quality Home Air come to clean vents about two weeks ago. They are excellent! Brad was knowledgeable about the system and very patient with me and all my questions. He did a very thorough job and was respectful of my property. There wasn't any mess to clean up either. Some of the other companies don't clean certain things, like cold air returns. Sometimes they don't tell you until they get there. Quality Home thoroughly cleaned everything!
Brad obviously takes pride in what he does.

We were very surprised at how much was in our duct work even though we have only lived in our brand new home a year and a half. It feels good to get the dust and debris cleaned out so we’re breathing cleaner air. We would highly recommend this company to our friends and family. Danielle answered all my questions over the phone and scheduled our appointment to accommodate our schedule. Brad was right on time. He was very professional and courteous. We were even sent before and after pictures. It’s good to know how clean everything is now.

We were referred by our HVAC company and were not disappointed. During my experience getting the quote, Danielle was so informative and explained everything very well to me. She truly wanted us to be sure we understood the process and what to expect.

Brad performed the work very well, he was on time and was flexible with us needing to put the dog into different rooms. After completion, Brad explained everything very clearly and showed before and after pictures of inside the duct work. Everything was left in great condition.

We had our vents cleaned by another company over 10 years ago and the experience was far from satisfactory. I was skeptical if it was a service I truly needed to have done and if it was worth the expense. Since, we have adopted a golden retriever and two long haired cats, and needless to say despite vacuuming on a daily basis, the pet hair in my home is crazy. I decided to do some online research and decided on Quality Home Air I liked that it was a family run and owned business. Brad, the owner, came to do the job and he was very professional and courteous. He was efficient and left my home and the area around the vents and registers very clean. I wouldn’t have known anyone was in the house. I would definitely recommend Quality Home Air to anyone looking to have their vents cleaned. Great job done!

Excellent service from start to finish. Reaching out and booking an appt was easy and they made sure of my availability. Very transparent communication. Day of service, Brad explained the whole process and set timelines. Very clean, very methodical in the execution. Hit the expected start and end timeframes. After the cleanup, he explained what the results were, showing before and after pictures. What I really loved was he took time to give me some tips to help prolong furnace life as well as how to help overall circulation of air throughout the house. Overall, a great experience with a great company. Will use them for future service needs.
