Everything they've said about Steve is correct. Hy-tech tore our old deck out and installed an awesome unilock patio. Steve baby steps you though every aspect of the process and answers all questions or concerns you have about the project day or night. He offers skilled design advice and recommends welcomed upgrades. Couldn't be happier, Steve and crew did a great job on our patio.

I highly recommend Hy-Tech Landscaping if you need professional landscaping work at a very reasonable price! From the very beginning, they were very responsive and upfront with their plans. They listened to what I wanted to be done and then gave me suggestions to how we can improve our design for our backyard patio. During the construction itself, they were very open with communication and updated me every step of the way. Workers were very respectful and professional! They left the site clean and did a pristine job! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Steve was wonderful the entire way through the process. Very communicable and informative about the design of our brick paved patio. His team was just as helpful and professional as he was. A special thanks to Ivan, his hands were in every step of the project and our patio looks beautiful because of him. We had a paver patio with seating walls and pillars and a retaining wall that needed repairs. It had been installed originally prior to our moving into the house. We had it priced out by another company and it was much higher in price. HyTech did a great job, and lots of kudos to Steve who oversaw the project. The whole crew was great. What we liked and appreciated was the ongoing communications regarding progress, modifications etc.. Cannot say enough about them. They were great and highly recommended

So from the initial bid to the execution of the job HY-Tech communicated the whole process to the T! They stuck to their timeline and everything from their quality control after the fact to the final walk-through and taking it upon themselves to fix something that wasn’t done right was beyond top-notch. Highly recommend them, I I already have other projects in the work look no more. These are your guys.

Before they passed, my folks used Hy-Tech for many years, as does their neighbor now, so I decided to try them myself. Steve and his crew were honest, professional, reliable, and precise in their ability to quote the project at my house and follow through with exactly what I was told they would do! The price was fair and the job was done beautifully, and in a very timely fashion! I recommend this company without any hesitation whatsoever and will definitely use them again in the future. We reached out to Hy-Tech Landscaping for a paver patio. Steve was absolutely great to work with. He is very professional and there was no salesman pressure, he listened to our requirements and gave suggestions as per our budget requirements. Appreciated him coming out on installation day to go over plan with his crew and he came out next day to confirm all was going according to plan. Everything was done in the timeframe that we were looking for because Steve managed to fit us in to the schedule. 👍

Worked with Steve K. this year (2022) to get an Unilock paver patio installed in my backyard and really couldn’t be happier. Steve came out to my home multiple times in order to get the design right and his installation crews were great, to include working multiple days in over 100 degree weather. Steve also came out multiple times each day to inspect the work and go over things with me.

I also found Hy-Tech to be amongst the most reasonable in terms of prices. Really quite a home run going with them. I’ll be contacting them next year to get more work done.

Oh, almost forgot - they also installed some bushes and hedges in front of my home. Great value and the quality of the bushes is much better than I’ve observed at the local box stores and nurseries.

Hy-Tech was great. My fire pit turned out even nicer than I expected. Steve was great to work with on design and ideas. The staff was also amazing. Ivan, Alex and Albert are perfectionists and worked long days to get the project done on time. We are so happy and excited to build our first fire. I would definitely recommend using this great company.

I had an excellent experience with Hy-Tech, from the response time to my initial call, to the completion of my job. Steve reached out to me promptly and even came by on a Sunday morning for my estimate to accommodate my schedule and get me a quick proposal. He was very knowledgeable, attentive and just generally good natured and down to earth, which means alot to me when hiring someone. The quote that he provided was very reasonable for my spring cleanup and mulching. The 2 gentlemen that were assigned to my job were very friendly and responsive to my multiple questions. The morning of my job, Steve texted me with their expected arrival time and kept me abreast of how close they were as they were approaching my property. And the actual work done was of very high quality. I fully intend to work with Hy-Tech (and hopefully Steve!) on future projects, including regular annual spring cleanup.

After much shopping around, Hy-Tech was the most transparent and reasonable for repairing my patio and retaining wall after a sewer line break where a plumber had to dig up a patio area to get to the pipe. Steve and his crew did a fantastic job. They were timely, prompt, professional and tidy. I highly recommend Hy-Tech Landscaping.

Steve from Hytech was the absolute best. You can tell he's very knowledgeable with years of experience just based on conversations. His recommendations were never pushy and also were the best decision with my family's needs in mind. He helped us to stay within our budget during the planning stage and that sealed the deal for me. I knew I wanted to work with him because he never pressured us into any type of upgrades or ways to get more money out of us.
Lastly the attention to details that the workmen displayed on our patio was the best I've ever seen. The herringbone design is mesmerizing! I would definitely recommend them 1000%

I have been shopping around to get my backyard paved. I have existing grass and 10x10 slab, I needed to expand and looking to get a 700-750 sq foot patio. I had over 5 contractors come by and provide the prices and sizes varied. Steve with Hy-Tech was definitely a contractor I'll remember and recommend. Not only are his prices very reasonable, the quality of the work is top notch. I had other contractors quote me same cost for smaller square footage.

When Steve came the first time, he was very acknowledged on the job. He knew exactly the quotes the other contractors provided. He was not eager to sell his product and was not constantly contacting me. I finally contact Steve and setup an appointment. He walked me through the entire from beginning permitting process to patio care and maintenance.

Throughout the building process, he has stopped by and advised what was happening and going on. He never upsold any products and the price remained the same. The entire process was very simple for us and i have nothing but great things to say.

I will definitely recommend Hy-Tech and their crew.. They cleaned up after every day and did a excellent job.
