Penco Electric did a really good job installing our generator. The work included excavation, gas line extensions and electrical. Everything from beginning to end was timely, professional and hassle-free. Competitive pricing and excellent install crew. Marion did a great job every step of the way, answering all questions and managing all details. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Penco Electric.

I have been using Penco to service my generator for 12 years. So when it came time to upgrade the generator I, without hesitation, decided to contact Penco. As usual their professionalism and expertise was second to none. The work was completed as quoted and we are extremely happy with the results.Penco is the first place to go when thinking about installing or maintaining a whole house generator.

I proudly recommend Penco, Isabel in the office was wonderful and the team that came out, Vasili and Jimmy were friendly and professional. They’re coming back to install my new light fixtures. Thank you Penco, you have a loyal customer with me.

They’re great! We needed a standby home generator and we are so glad we went with PENCO. We price shopped and they were the most competitive. The installation was excellent, Robert and Francisco went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done correctly and efficiently. I highly recommend Penco Electric for anyone looking for a generator.

Absolutely AMAZING experience! From Paul coming out for a generator estimate (so knowledgeable and experienced) to scheduling the job (office is super easy to deal with) and the guys doing the install (they were fantastic)! City inspector came out for final inspection and said "Penco does GREAT work"!

Fall 2022,
I came across an ad for Penco Electric.
When I called I had many questions that were easily answered by a well spoken young lady by the name of Isabell.
It's true what they say about first encounter. you never have a second chance to make a first impression.
It was quick and painless.
They were very professional and courteous.
Penco electrician Vasilis, explained everything he was doing while he was at My Home, making me and my family feel very comfortable.
I had our generator
Serviced this fall by Cristian, very nice young man. He was very knowledgeable and quick. He taught me something I didn't know about our generator, Thanks Cristian.
I would definitely refer Penco Generators to my family and friends.

Very happy with the installation of our new whole house generator. Vasili and his crew were not only efficient but very informative throughout the whole process. The finished project looks and works great. Here’s hoping that it gets little use but we are now covered if needed. Highly recommend Penco.

We are having a pretty major upgrade done by the Penco team. They’re highly professional, excellent communicators, and show a great deal of expertise and enthusiasm. My team, Paul Thomas, Isabel Vargas, Keith Bruce, Vasili, and Zeus are awesome. This work is making a very important improvement to my house, so I’ve been grateful to have such a great team.

Had Penco do some electrical repairs in my house and garage. I spoke with Cindy to make all the arrangements and they were all great! Cindy was friendly and professional and set everything up with all the easy I did not expect. The electrician were professional and neat.
Very happy with Penco’s service.

I called Penco for services and Isabel in the office was very professional and knowledgable on what services they provide. And her customer service skills were great! She was also very patient with me. I had Vasili and Cristian at my home and they both were very knowledgeable and answered my questions with no hesitations. Thanks Penco for a great experience. Definitely returning my services in the future.

Penco team did an amazing job. Estimate was turned around very quickly, as promised. Their team followed through with permitting, and they even adjusted their schedule to accommodate our construction timetable needs. Very happy with Paul and his team!

Generator was installed by very professional and knowledgeable service people. I was quite impressed with the efficiency with which they completed the installation. I would recommend this company in a heart beat.

Penco Electric & Generators did a great job installing my generator. Very knowledgeable professionals who did a quality install in a a timely manner. They also spent the time to explain everything I needed to know to manage the generator maintenance going forward.

I can't say enough about Paul and all of the people at Penco Electric & Generators. Not only are they professional and caring, they are also willing to step away from their normal routine. A good friend of mine owns an HVAC company and I had him install my new Generac generator and Paul was willing to do the electrical work. He graciously called my friend to coordinate the work and together they got the job done. I had questions for Penco regarding the generator and they sent out Joe to check it out. It was on a Saturday! Not only that, the manager of the facility, Orlando came out Saturday also. At 8:30 p.m.! If your looking for a company to do this type of work, look no further. They will give you what you're looking for. Professionalism and peace of mind.

Sean and the team were incredible start to finish. We did a whole home generator. Communication, follow up, product knowledge, speed, service, and
professionalism was above and beyond. Highly recommend! No more power outages.

Our experience with Penco was outstanding. Marion visited our home twice through the sales process; her communication skills and technical knowledge were top flight. On the day of install, Orlando, Vasili and the team came early, were extremely diligent and industrious but also interpersonally warm and friendly and really thoughtful about keeping an eye on all the new plants and flowers we'd recently put in. Coincidentally, our locksmith also made a visit the same day and shared that Penco had installed his whole home generator 10 years prior. He spoke very highly of his decade long relationship with Penco and even recognized one of the technicians at our home that day from his own install 10 years ago! We highly recommend Penco.

Had a wonderful experience with Paul and his entire team. They were professional, experienced and had impressive attention to detail. Would highly recommend Penco.
