We hired Homeowners to check our boiler's circulator pump since it had been getting louder over time. They fit us in quickly, even during the busy holiday season. The technician cleaned and oiled the pump, waited a few cycles for more oil before significantly reducing the noise. He taught us how to add oil ourselves moving forward and answered questions about installing an isolation valve on one side of the system when the pump needs replacement. When discussing future replacements, he clarified the difference between ECM pumps and standard ones.
