Ryan was great. He gave us his thoughts on how we could best work with some issues we were concerned about. We are waiting for a new toilet we ordered and will ask for him to return once the item has arrived.

The Aqua team was friendly and efficient. They worked fast, were very personable and once done they walked me through what they did as well as what I should be cautious of moving forward. They will always be my go to for any plumbing or heating/cooling needs!

I decided to try a local plumber when a leak from the bathroom came thru my kitchen ceiling. They called before they came and arrived promptly.In less than an hour they diagnosed the problem ( a wax ring that needed to be replaced) and completed the repair. Very polite and told me ahead of time what the cost would be. Totally cleaned up. Bathroom looked like they had never been there. I will definitely use them the next time I have a plumbing problem.

Ryan from Aqua Plumbing was able to come out to our house on a Saturday afternoon with only a few hours notice and fixed our shower drain within the afternoon. We had previously had another plumber out that said this job would most definitely require at least two people and they would have to reschedule for another time. Ryan handled the job by himself, worked quickly, cleanly, and was very helpful/friendly. The job was also fixed with a rate per job rather than per hour so we knew exactly what cost to expect before he did the work.I would most definitely recommend Aqua Plumbing and will be calling them in the future if we need plumbing help/work!

I met with two technicians (Bob and James). Bob was able to provide professional advise and an accurate estimate of both time and cost of the project. James came in and performed the work necessary in a clean timely and professional manner. I recommend this company and will use their service again.

I had a leaking pipe in my basement and I called the office of Aqua Plumbing, Heating and Cooling after getting their name from a friend of mine that had a furnace installed by them. Their dispatcher was polite and friendly. They came out same day and sent Ryan. I knew the leak was in a tight spot, but Ryan was able to somehow (I'm still not sure how he pulled it off) get the job done to replace a 2inch copper pipe without damaging electrical and hvac wiring with his torch. I was also pleasantly surprised when I got the bill. Their pricing was very fair and they emailed me the receipt with before/after pictures. Definitely will recommend to others.

Lee came at 7pm diagnosed it was a plumbing problem. He is a heating and air conditioner repairman. He stayed until the plumber came and help him solve the problem. I have Used Lee for years truly an amazing guy. We have hot water heat and I only trust Lee. Explains everything he does. Edwardo the plumber was very good. They cleaned up and left at 11pm. Great service!!!

I have had a great experience with Aqua Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Inc ! Very professional technicians and they were prompt with scheduled time to arrive at my home. Thorough work and well priced. I used them as a last minute plumbing repair and I will use them again for future services!

Our experience with Aqua Plumbing is always excellent. Today James arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and did it quickly and professionally. He left estimates for additional work that might be needed and explained why. We value this service very much.

Aqua Plumbing came out immediately, diagnosed my sump pump problem and immediately repaired it, without saying they would have to order a part and return. They were terrific. I have used them before, and they have always been knowledgeable, efficient and fair. I highly recommend them.

Had a new sump pump and battery back up system installed.
From the 1st visit until the last the plumbers were very knowledgeable,
and professional with the task at hand.
Absolutely would use again & would recommend to anyone who needs to have work done.

Aqua plumbing, Heating and Cooling were excellent. They installed a great quality furnace and water heater at a great price. The installers and service tech were knowledgable and professional, on time and got the job done quickly. I am very happy with the work and quality of products!

Perfect home services has been by far the best service I've ever used. They are friendly, professional, and they explain everything before they even touch any system in the home. Very appreciative of their speedy responses as well; within 2 hour response time and 12 hour resolution.

Zach was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He took the time to explain every detail of what he was doing, he showed me how do use my thermostat, and he took the time to leave the radiator to check on how it was doing it for no extra charge. Lee C. came to do a tune up of our furnace in November and was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining in what he was doing. He pointed out items that would help improve the efficiency of our HVAC system. I would request Lee again, he was great. April W the customer service rep that helped set up the appointment was also very helpful every time we spoke.

Update - our furnace was acting up and would not run consistently when the thermostat would call for heat. We called Aqua and Lee C. came out at 8:30 pm on a Saturday. He eventually identified what was the issue and was able to get the furnace running correctly again.

I've had them out several times for tune-ups. Each time was a different tech and each tech was wonderful. They were very thorough, efficient, and personable. I have not used them for any repairs, but would definitely call them.

Aqua technician did a fantastic job! They were so professional and came out quick when we had an emergency. They were able to fix our commercial water heater when others could not. Highly recommend! They saved the day!

Luke was very professional. He explained the procedures they were doing and answered all of my questions. He and his partner were extremely polite and efficient. I was very happy that a plumber was able to come within one or two days of calling the company.

We had old galvanized pipes that needed to be replaced and got a couple of quotes for the job.Aqua Plumbing was very reasonable, responsive, and extremely professional. Ryan did an awesome job by himself, removing all the old pipes and navigating twists and turns while installing new copper. Job was completed in a day and looks great. Thanks, Ryan!

Ryan and the team at Aqua Plumbing were outstanding. They were available virtually immediately, gave us options that fit into our budget, and fixed all of our issues and more. Ryan took the time to explain the situation to me and in no time replaced the damaged items. Every thing was left spotless and in perfect order. Can not recommend them enough!

We had a very tricky situation with replacing an old water heater with limited space in a crawl. Aqua was able to figure out a solution quickly and get us back up and running in less than 48 hours. Not only were they swift in action and smart with figuring out a solution, they were fantastic to deal with! Highly recommend!
