Braeburn construction is the best in town! They finished our basement, kitchen, pergola and bathroom. They are fantastic!! Would only recommend.

We found Braeburn Const. through our friends who recommended him. They were extremely pleased with the addition they put on their home and extensive remodeling of their existing home. They had new siding, windows, deck, flooring and the whole addition built by Pete and his crew. We were impressed with the work at their house and had him do work on our house as well.

It is very comforting to find a professional that takes so much pride in their work. The work he has done for us is always on time, done right the first time, and for a resonable price. We are very pleased with the work he has done for us; electrical, siding, woodwork etc. He has also fixed several projects that were done incorrectly by other workman. Pete is a very pleasant person to work with, honest and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his work.

If you're looking for a contractor, go anywhere else. I have been dealing with headache after headache with this contractor. I had a deck built about two years ago. Over time, I noticed that the decking was dipping, the skirt boards were not installed using the correct screws and several of the railings were just falling out and coming loose.

After endless text messages back and forth between myself and the contractor over the past year, give or take, the contractor FINALLY came out to fix the problems I mentioned above. I had to show the contractor what screws to get to use for the skirt boards. I had to constantly reach out to the contractor to see when they would arrive to fix the problems.

When the contractor claimed they fixed the problems, there were still issues. There was still a significant dip in the deck material. When I asked the contractor about this, I was told it was a material issue (meaning the composite decking). The contractor stated that the decking area that was dipping was fixed to be 16 inches on center, but the material was still dipping. Basically I feel I was told that unfortunately I would just have to deal with how the deck looked.

I have seen plenty of composite decks that are level and do not appear to have an issue with the deck dipping. So I believe it was an installation issue from the beginning as far as the supports that were built under the deck area that has been dipping. The contractor does not believe this is accurate.

Basically, to summarize, if you're looking for a contractor for a project just look somewhere else. I hope this helps you avoid any headaches you would most likely have when dealing with this contractor.
