Dominik, Dave, and the team at Amazing did a great job installing a new furnace and AC unit at my old house built in the 70s. It was a lot of work for a very old house, but they powered through removing and replacing all the original equipment it had. I would highly recommend Amazing their team is friendly and nice and great, affordable prices!

Amazing Air lived up to their name in every way. I called the office at 9AM, and a technician was at my house within an hour.
The quality of the service was excellent and the cost was fair and reasonable. This was
my first experience with the company, and they will be my go to company from now on. Highly recommended!

To start, we got home on February 28th to a furnace that was not working at 10pm at night. I called two locations. The first, I don't even want to mention their name, but if you heard their jingle you would know. I then called Amazing Air. I got sucked into the other companies BS quickly and before I could blink, I got hit with a quote that was very expensive to repair a part in my furnace. My furnace by the way is 4 years old. THANK GOD my parents told me call Mike again at Amazing and just get a second opinion since Amazing did work on their house this past winter as well and they were massive fans of them. So I did and it was a fantastic decision. Not only did Mike come out and do it for less than what the other company quoted me, he also got a temporary solution to get heat moving in my house since I have two little kids.

If you are questioning or wondering on who to call for HVAC needs, don't question anymore. Amazing is a honest, fast and high quality group that is not interested in selling anything to you. They are just in the business of offering solutions. Thank you again Mike for the quick response and keeping our house warm for the remainder of the Chicago winter! Will be recommending you and the team to anyone I know that needs assistance!

Easy to schedule, friendly over the phone and in person, helpful technicians. Overall great service. The annual service agreement paid for itself this year (for potential repairs, and ensuring furnace and A/C were in good working order at the start of the season)

Earlier this summer I needed my AC charged. It was the 1st time I called and Amazing Air was at my house within 2 hours. It was then I realized my system is 25 years old and I really should consider replacing it. After estimates and careful consideration over the summer I decided to go with Amazing for replacement. I couldn't be more satisfied. Starting with the responsive and engaging office staff, knowledgeable Techs and quality products. The installers (David and Brandon) were skilled tradesmen that took the extra steps to make the retrofit work correctly and also look professional and detailed. All within 1 day. The furnace AC systems come with a 10 year warranty. Is this the least cost system available-NO -but I am also getting all of the above with its purchase and future service for a small price more.

Dave from amazing just finished installing our new furnace. He did a wonderful job. There should be more techs like him. Very hard worker, sociable and thorough.
Doug should take him out to lunch sometime.
Very happy and satisfied with the service amazing provides us.

Phillip, Dave, and Jose were couldn't have been nicer. They installed my new water heater amazingly fast!

The call started with Lynn which is a super person. She sent out a tech to see what was going on. He looked at it and said replacement was needed. Later found out he was the owner. Super person also. Ordered a new unit. Next came the installers to put it in. Dave and Jose were super people. They came on time and started right a way. They worked hard on getting it installed and their work payed off due to everything worked well and I had heat that night.Great job you guys and thank you

Amazing is the best of the Best - in all categories! Amazing people who do the work, the owner and his staff are truly amazing! Prompt, thorough, kind, and professional. They have installed and serviced my H & A for many years and I will be with them forever.

Absolutely fantastic experience, we have had Amazing working on our house for years. Dave, Brandon, and Mike were such a great team. So personable and friendly, but also informative. Took time to explain what was going on, what options were available to fix the a/c problem, and worked quickly and efficiently to replace my system when it was clear there wasn't a reasonable fix available. Only 2 days from consult start to project finished.

Also shout out to Lynn in the office. She's always so sweet and pleasant and really seems to know my family and the household dynamics and is always right up to speed at every call.

Amazing air inc. is an Amazingly great company. From start to finish I was impressed with their overall performance, product and most importantly their customer service support. I had a very old broiler system in my home and No other company knew how to fix it. Doug was very supportive in making sure I would get the proper equipment for my home. Phillip was on time and very considerate of my house using his shoe covers each time entering my house. He did a great job cleaning the furnace and air conditioner. Amazing Air is a very good company .

I had an excellent experience with Dave and José when they came to install my new furnace. They were extremely respectful, highly efficient, and very professional throughout the entire process. On top of that, they were kind, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to see such a great combination of skill and attitude. I’m very grateful for their work and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They truly went above and beyond!

We have been customers of Amazing Air for a few years now. We have always been very satisfied with their yearly cleanings and any service we have had done. Donnie is very thorough and you can tell that he really is passionate about his job.
After 25 years with the same furnace, we finally had to part ways. As soon as we noticed a problem, we called and Donnie was here in under an hour assessing the problem. The old girl had given us all she could. We needed a new one! Mike and Jose came under 36 hours later and we have heat again! Thank you to the team at Amazing Air!

Since we have the gold package Phil was able to be dispatched to our house in a reasonable amount of time the same day I called. When Phil arrived he was polite and professional. Diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. Great work on a 95 degree day!

Amazing Air Inc. repaired a Carrier unit within 24 hours, even after promising a 1-week backorder. Amazing was outstanding and very professional, and always returned calls. Amazing was able to encounter the problems with the unit that another dealer/contractor could not identify, they were out within hours and the unit was fixed. I also hired Amazing again this summer to fix the A/C unit and it was fixed same day. They were truly Amazing of which I give the full 5-stars rating, and recommend them to all my followers, friends and family.

Phil performed the semi-annual maintenance on our 2 furnaces. He was timely, friendly and courteous. He spent enough time to do it right. We are pleased.
