We had to replace our HVAC system. Air and furnace. Bob is great to work with. He was knowledgeable and guided us to the right replacement system for us. He also has a great maintenance program that we use. I would recommend him for any Hvac work you need done.

We initially called Bob at Custom Service when our AC unit failed two years ago in the middle of summer. He responded quickly knowing we had a new born in the house and the temps outside were nearing triple digits. Bob assessed the situation, listen to our needs and proposed a solution. He quickly quoted a more than fair price and had a new AC unit installed the next day. Recently had him back for an annual inspection and he went out of his way to make sure everything was running correctly, even if everything he inspected wasn’t a part of his normal routine.

Great customer service and high quality work for a fair price. Locally owned smaller outfit that is more concerned with their reputation and customer service than the bottom line. Would recommend to everyone.

After hours immediate response with confirmed arrival time. Same day (evening) service performed with complete repair. Custom Service sets a very high standard, and always does impress.

Bob came over to check on the work that we had done installing a new furnace and central air unit ourselves, to make sure it was done correctly. He was able to finish the job for us before a very hot weekend as we never had central air in the house. Worked with us to keep price down for him to only do the work we couldn’t. He followed social distancing guidelines for me and got the air up and running in a very short time. The professional manner he brought into my home will be what brings him back should I need more work done.

This company came highly recommended to me. I had a great experience with Bob (the owner) who helped me get heat after my home warranty plan was not finding a contractor after 3 days without heat. He wore shoe covers in the house, was honest and stayed focused on getting the job done. I would recommend him to others.

Bob was friendly, professional and thorough. My furnace was on its last legs but he didn't try to push a replacement on me. I'll clearly have him back for maintenance and when that furnace does go. Highly recommended!!!

Outstanding Service
Bob was fast to respond and quick with the fix for our 20 year old AC unit. After talking with Bob and getting to know him through the repair we had him replace our old furnace and AC unit. He did a wonderful installation and we are cool and comfortable tonight. His concern for detail shows in his work. His knowledge made it easy to trust his suggestions for our needs. Thanks Bob!

Bob Downs came out and serviced our AC units. During his inspection, he found several issues. He showed me each of the issues and explained what needed to be done to correct the problems. He got both systems up and running. Bob came highly recommended by a friend through word of mouth. He was not like other service technicians that are trying to sell you a new system. He was honest and has the integrity that I am looking for in a service technician.

Bob at Custom Service Heating and Cooling is my hero! My neighbor knocked on my door to tell me I had a smoke pouring out of my outside AC unit on a very sunny and hot 91° day. I went onto Facebook looking for feedback for a reputable cooling company and Bob was recommended by multiple people. I gave him a call and he was at my house within 90 minutes not only did he check my air conditioning, he checked my furnace as well and determined I had a problem there, too. He was extremely thorough explaining what the problems were with both systems and he was very detailed in my options to replace both the furnace and AC. Bob is very kind snd respectful. He arrived when he said he would and hit the ground running. I highly recommend this company for quality of work and peace of mind.

Our HVAC was 31 years old and I've been on borrowed time for years. This year I knew it would probably need replacement so we inquired on multiple Facebook pages looking for a reliable, good, honest company. Bob with Custom Service Heating and Cooling was recommended multiple times on every post. Bob came out, assessed the situation, gave us his honest opinion and we hired him that day for a full brand new install of everything. He's the owner, which you could tell in how he carried himself with professionalism, knowledge, years of experience, and you could tell he cared about the work he puts his name to. It's been a little over a week since the install. Going from my old system to this system is mine blowing! I honestly didn't realize how bad my old system was. I can't wait to see my electric bill go down since my ac doesn't run for 16 hours a day LoL. Bob and his employee were great! I will keep using this company and definitely recommend using them! After returning from vacation I waked into a very warm house. The thermostat was nonfunctional. I called Custom Heating and Bob was able to come out in less than an hour, diagnose the problem and fixed it. Great friendly and professional service. I highly recommend this business for your HVAC services.
