This is my third time to call Pro Services and they didn't disappoint me. I had a water leakage issue from the ceiling which made multiple water marks in all the opposite directions. It was not easy to find the cause and we were debating whether we need to cut out the celling or not. Pro Services sent us multiple technicians three time to get the second opinions and we found one minor issue and one major issue. I am sure our problem is now fixed. They are very responsive to my calls and always friendly and professionals. I am learning a lot of my house just by talking with them. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

I own a couple of 3 flats. Every 4 mo the we had to root out the roots growing in the sewer line. Finally decided to blast with hydro jet, and called pro services. They fixed the issue for a reasonable price and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

I recently had pro services come out and camera my sewer since we kept having backups. They were very informing and made sure that we understood why we were having problems and were able to come out and fix it the next day. Super affordable and professional would Highly recommend.

Fantastic service. We had a drain backfilling mate at night. Evan answered the phone right away and arrived to my home within 20 minutes.
He took care of the problem, he was very communicative and kind.

Pro Services is a lifesaver !!
We were in jam with a house closing and needed to get the drainage issue resolved in order to close. Pat was great, understood the issue, reached out to the home inspector to consult, fixed the problem, even took pictures to send to the appraiser. It's hard to find companies that are prompt and have Fantastic customer service !!

I had a major sewer problem very early on a Saturday morning. I called Pro Services and the came to my home around 10:00 am. They found the problem and explained all the scenarios that could occur with an estimated cost. It was the worst case scenario and they got the job done efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Evan and Patrick were great to work with. Evan called or texted me based on the job progress. I highly recommend this company. We couldn’t be happier with their work and professionalism.

I recently hired Pro Services to do some work for me and have nothing but great things to say about them. I worked with Pat and he was awesome from the beginning! He was responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. Pro Services didn't try to upsell me on any service and were only going to repair what was necessary. They arrived on-time, were prepared, and finished the job faster than anticipated. Shop around and get other estimates, but in the end make the wise choice to hire these guys!

Evan was fantastic and exceeded my expectations! It's never good to have water start backing up in your basement and you get that feeling of dread knowing you to find a company to come clean out your sewer at last minute. I called two places and they said they couldn't come for 24-48 hours. I found Pro Services and their reviews looked good so took a chance.

Evan responded to my call quickly, gave me a price of $400, and an ETA. He also followed up when he was 20 minutes out. Evan walk me through what he was doing and was great about letting me watch the process and showing me what he was finding with his camera. I had a lot of big roots!!! I had asked about using a sleeve around my sewer line, which he could have sold me, but Evan explained why it would not work and to save my money. He charged me the exact amount quoted. I am so impressed that I've asked to set up an actual appointment for him to come back out and look at my basement to make recommendations. Thank you, Evan. I highly recommend!

The ABSOLUTE BEST experience. Called them late on a Saturday night with a major plumbing issue. They showed up and diagnosed the problem. They came back at 8:30 Sunday morning and fixed the problem by noon. We had water again. Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

I recently called pro services since my sewer was backing up constantly. They had Daniel come out and inspect my sewer and he was great and very knowledgeable. Him and pat came out and fixed my problem the same day highly recommend. Will use again
