I was very impressed with Bill's Plumbing. I called on a Sunday night, to hopefully leave a message for someone to contact me the next morning. To my surprise I spoke to a person, an answering service for emergencies! I told her it wasn't an emergency and she was happy to take a message. The next morning, I received a call and explained what plumbing issue I had and she said that they could have someone at my house that day! When the plumber arrived, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and nice! I am a business owner, so I understand how important "Customer Service" is and Bill's Plumbing knows too!

I first used Bill's Plumbing in 1980 after I moved in.2 other plumbers could not find the problem. Bill got it right awsay at a ver reasonable price. I used them again this year and they solved it right away again Great job Bill!

My plumber was Kurt. He came exactly in the middle of my assigned window. He was professional, efficient and pleasant. My previous experiences with this company have all been good and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Jan 2024: garbage disposal needed to be replaced. I bought a new one myself and James installed it in an efficient, professional manner. He’s very good at educating about how to troubleshoot on my own which I really appreciate. Always kind and helpful if I ask him to look at something else! Thank you!

Prior review from Jan 2023: I had a frozen cold water pipe in my kitchen after a deep freeze outside and inside ( Thermostat battery ran out.)

We've been using Bill's Plumbing for several years now. Today Saul came out for a standard checkup on our ejector pump and is working up a quote for a backup pump. We've also used them on emergency calls in the past and the same high marks apply. High quality work and good folks.

I am very satisfied with the service that we received today from Bill's Plumbing. Our tech was Victor. He really knows what he is doing, and goes above and beyond to help, and explains everything he is doing. He is also very respectful. I would recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you

We called Bill's Plumbing & Sewer Inc. because we were advised to replace the shutoff valves for our new washing machine. James S. did the replacement. He was professional and efficient. He took the time to answer our myriad questions patiently. He also cleaned our sink drain and repaired our running toilet which were not on the original work order. He was wonderful!

I had a major clog in the pipes from my kitchen sink. Victor was very professional during the process of cleaning out the pipes. After finishing, he cleaned the entire area he was working in. I would highly recommend Bill's Plumbing!

This is my second review of Bills plumbing. James came out for a preliminary inspection the day before I was to have a new waterline put in. I ended up hiring him to do a full rodding from my backyard to the street. His work was outstanding. He explained everything to me before he did the work and quoted me the price. He was extremely professional, and polite. If I could I would give James 10 stars.

The Village of Skokie hired Bills plumbing to put in the new waterline. It was a very difficult job that they did the work masterfully. I give them 10 stars as well. I will definitely use this company again. I highly recommend them

Bills Plumbing is a high quality business and performed excellent service when fixing two leaking copper pipes, installing a new kitchen faucet, and installing a new 40 gallon hot water tank. Jim and crew were exceptional. I highly recommend Bills Plumbing.

Jose and his crew were wonderful! This is your go to team for sewage pipe repair. They made a not so pretty situation as easy as possible.

We had a variety of small issues that needed attention, some long term that finally got fixed. Kurt O was out to our house on time and fixed everything that need. He was wonderful to work with, very low key, nothing seemed to be a big deal. Great experience, Great Service. Very knowledgeable. Very Pleased.

Appointment was scheduled for a sewer back up. Received notification when they were on the way, which was extremely helpful. Tech (James) was very patient and not only thoroughly explained what he was going to do but, more importantly, what the outcome was. I was pleased with the service!

I have also used Bill's for AC repair and Furnace service at the beginning of the heating season. I purchased a service contract because I have been so impressed with EVERY service person that I have worked with, Shawn, John O and today Andrew M. Everyone of these great men was knowledgeable, polite, informative, patient and at my house exactly when they said they would be here! The wonderful people in the office are also INCREDIBLE! Kelly and Kim and Amanda have all been so helpful and responsive and empathetic! I highly recommend this great company!

Service was immediate, honest, and reasonable. Our technician John immediately knew the problem, fixed it, was patient in explaining and our AC is back up running !

Bill’s reviewed the area of concern, then explained the work to be done. Different from what I thought was going on. Very courteous, cleaned up as needed, job done quickly and professionally. Glad taken care of sooner rather than later. Later would have been an emergency and a big headache.

Highly recommend Bills Plumbing. Had a sewer connection problem that Jose and his team corrected. They were prompt, professional and paid attention to every detail. Talked to me about what they were doing.
The area was cleaned far better than expected.
Every effort was made to complete the project in the best possible way. Outstanding.

James was out today and was very good at explaining what he was doing and also was very thorough in his work. Cleaned up before he left and went over all the steps he performed to clear my drain. Not the first time we have used Bill's Plumbing and won't be the last.
