Troy and his crew are exceptional workers and I felt it was a very fair price. They did a wonderful job. We have them come every year and have always been happy.

Troy Williams has been a guiding light for the healthy of my old growth trees. He & SavATree helped during a full house construction to save 3 large trees. Troy is personally responsive to all my questions & concerns. He loves trees & it shows in his work. The lawn care he has recommended has also been appropriate & shows in the healthy of my grass. All the lawn care specialists have been professional & accommodating.

Matthew Pullido stopped by yesterday June 6th to answer a question about my Redbud, and, I asked if he knew how to change a carburetor on my lawnmower. It was his last stop of the day, and he stayed for an hour and helped me change the part. I can't say enough how much I appreciated his time and patience. Mower running great, and he didn't have to stay.

Mark McGinnis from SavATree is too much for words...in a great way! We interviewed several companies to help our ailing trees; Mark was so overly impressive with his background, knowledge, and individualized strategy for our particular dilemma...it was easy to hire him as he shined far above the other companies. Furthermore, as our problemed tree issue changed unexpectedly, Mark was on top of it every step of the way, making multiple house calls to be sure our SavATree plan still was taking care of us 110%. Also, need to get a hold of Mark on a moment's notice? Phone call or e-mail...he either picks up on the spot or gets back to us so quickly. And last but certainly not least, Mark is nice and kind--making him pretty amazing all around. It's a pleasure to work with Mark and SavATree.

The arborist who worked with us, Josh Atnip, was phenomenal with an encyclopedic knowledge of trees and their care. He sent us a very reasonable proposal for the care of over 30 trees with a variety of different needs in our garden. He did not forget to address a single tree or concern. He was highly communicative, professional, and available for all of our follow-up questions. He chose a superb crew to remove four of our ailing trees and to prune many others with great care. It is hard to believe they accomplished what they did in a single visit. On the day of our tree work, Josh stopped by several times to ensure that our expectations were being met. He cares about trees and about his relationship with clients, and we feel very fortunate that he was our arborist.

Kevin White and an assistant were very knowledgeable about the process of obtaining a permit from Evanston and what to expect regarding how the work would proceed. The assistant, whose name escapes me, (so sorry!) was especially helpful when I was just about to give up on the project due to the city taking so long to approve the permit (with little communication from them in the interim) and the work to be done. From the initial appointment to grinding out the tree stumps Kevin and Sav a Tree were timely, informative, and neat. They did a great job and I can recommend them without reservation.

I have used savatree for many years to keep my trees healthy. The people that come to treat the trees are professional.They all seem to really like their job. They leave a door hanger note to let you know they were there with the date and service, so you can keep track. Highly recommend!

Mark was great to work with and answered all our concerns about our trees. We did have a spruce taken down and others trimmed and shaped. The crew that worked on our trees were great! They were very efficient and cleaned everything up. A great big thank you to you all.

Crew did a great job cutting down and removing the silver maple in my backyard. They worked a a team in a safe manner. The hydraulic lift they use was perfect for this job. The cleaned up the area.
