Antonio Santana Negron from USA Plumbing came out the same day I called and rodded the pipe and the clog was gone! Easy, efficient and knowledgeable. They will be our plumber from here on out!

Israel did a wonderful job fixing our kitchen sink. Highly recommend his services!

They decided to turn a bad situation into a worse one. They rodded "2" lines and charged my aunt and her neighbor's line $650 each even though they said the deal was $900 for two line rodding (issue was main and not my aunt's line) for rodding even though her line was already clear. They hung up on us and double talked through the whole thing. Rude, dishonest, terrible company.

I will start off by saying STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are sorry, unprofessional, lazy and stupid. My warranty called this sorry company because of a leaking toliet. Jesus came out and inspected my toliet. He gave me a lame lie about my warranty company so he didn't have to fix it. I could tell from the beginning that he was lying. I even tried to called him so he could reach out to my warranty company to tell them what is happening to my toliet but he so pathetic that he couldn't even do that plus he also blocked me from calling him. He is just as sorry as the company is. Jesus learned to be more professional. I NEVER EVER saw a company that avoids work to make money. I started off by saying this and I will end by saying this as well...... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

STAY AWAY! This company is out of their minds with prices! They charged me $320 to fix a toilet flapper! That is way overpriced! $35 for the flapper which cost $22. THEN $285 for labor ! That is way overpriced! The employee stayed in his truck for a good 45 minutes! I was also quoted $100 less than the original bill! Please DON’T use this company! Their prices are INFLATED through the roof and when you quote someone, BUT then charge them $100 more they were quoted that’s on you! The job that you were paid for should not cost more than $200!

BEWARE!! This is NOT a reputable plumbing company!! USA Plumbing came out to fix a small leak behind my upstairs bathtub. The tech was a young guy who couldn’t locate the leak. After cutting 3 large holes in my closet and ceiling, he told me the leak was from the roof and left. I called a roofer out and they found that the shower valve was leaking badly. USA came out a second time, brought no tools with him and asked to use my tools. The tech couldn’t get the cartridge out of the valve so he tried to drill it out! He ended up damaging the valve housing and said he would be back the following day to replace it. Now I have no water in my house because it had to be shut off until the repair is completed. The next morning I get an email and text saying my claim is closed, the tech reported no issues with the plumbing!! I have 3 huge holes in my drywall a broken shower valve and no water!! Do yourself a favor and do NOT use this company. Total hacks!!
