I woke up to water in my basement and panicked! I called Drain Flow and reached Dwayne, he was here within an hour and quickly had the water draining out of my basement! He explained exactly what caused the problem, in a very kind and professional manner. I’ll definitely be calling Drain Flow back when I need a plumber!

A couple of weeks ago my guest toilet literally exploded. It was both horrible and disgusting. Not only did it explode the water continued to overfill and we were unable to control it. We turned off the toilet and sink water valve but the water kept pouring out. I contacted a plumber I found on google that lived nearby that could come out right away before my house flooded. Needless to say the plumber came out, couldn't figure out why the water repeatedly filled up in the toilet and told us to get a wet vac to drain it out then basically left us hanging. We did the wet vac thing for hours!! We were exhausted and could not stop the water for continuing fill up in the toilet. My house was literally going to flood.

Out of sheer exhaustion I went to google again to find an emergency plumber and connected with Duane, I believe he is the owner. He was so patience and nice over the phone and was able to quickly assess the situation and informed me that I need to turn off the main water valve. I am a single woman so really needed him to walk me through this which he did. He stayed on the phone with me, we video chatted until I was able to locate the main water valve with his instructions then he told me how to turn it off. Just like that the horror that lasted for 7 hours was fixed in a 25 minute phone call.

Duane was an absolute life saver and he was so concerned and patience. It's not often that a plumber or any stranger will take their time to help you with an emergency situation especially at 10:30 p.m.! Thanks Duane, you are the best! I have a go to plumber now that I can trust!
