Josh came out and diagnosed our issue right away and obviously is a plumber who knows what he is doing. Our upstairs shower suddenly began raining through the lights of the kitchen below. Never happened before and we thought it was a burst pipe and pictured holes in the walls, expensive repair, etc. Josh said the first thing to look at was the drain and mentioned that “plumber’s putty” was sometimes used in houses this age and that is what the problem was. Rotted away. Josh sealed it using the correct process and the leak was fixed. An honest, competent plumber. Thank you so much!

Top quality and quick response. Called Simon after a national company attempted to clean my waste line and failed. The national company then tried to upsell me to install an expensive exterior cleanout. Simon rodded out the line in less than one hour. It was a relief to deal with an HONEST professional who did the work at a reasonable price. Calling Simin literally saved our family thousands of dollars in unnecessary work. Hands down!!!! Simon Plumbing is the best around!!!!! The plumber that my mom had used for years had come out 4 different times in the past year to rod out her main. She was getting water coming up through her floor drains in her laundry room & garage over & over again. So here we were, just five weeks after the last rodding, and water was backing up once again in her laundry room & garage! So now we are on the 5th time of needing a plumber within a year!!! The current plumber that she had been using all along said that they could never get fully through with the rodding & that she would have to do a full clean out at this point which would cost her thousands of dollars. So with that, I wanted to get a second opinion for my mom. I searched for recommendations for a good plumber and Simon Plumbing came highly recommended by not just one, but by several people. So I called Simon Plumbing & spoke with Josh. I explained our situation, gave him the whole history, he listened, was very attentive & gave me the much needed hope that we were looking for at the end of our conversation. Josh convinced me to let their guys rod it out one more time & maybe my mom might not need a full clean out after all. He also got his guys to come out that very same day which surprised & thrilled us! Wayne & Wess came out and they did it!!!! They actually did it!!! They rodded all the way out to the sewer!!! This was such a HUGE relief to us!!!! Wayne is by far the "Plumber King" in my book!!!! He was very knowledgeable, had many years experience & knew exactly what to do & he did it!!!! And Wess was such a great assistant also! I cannot thank Wayne, Wess & Josh enough!!!!! For they saved my mom thousands of dollars not to mention all of the grief that they finally put an end to for us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Josh, Wayne a/k/a The Plumber King & Wess!!!!!! Oh! And did I mention that their pricing is very reasonable too! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Simon Plumbing all the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😊

Simon Plumbing did a small job at my mom’s house and the contractor couldn’t have been more professional. Fixed the leak and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. Very competitive pricing as well. Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend Simon Plumbing. They were recommended to us. When we was looking for plumbers after our ejector pump was having issues, they were the first to call us back and were able to come the very next day. We ended up having two projects that they worked on. Josh was extremely efficient and great to work with!

They retuned my call. Told me someone would be here in about 30 minutes. It’s been over an hour. I also called twice and left a message. Needless to say looking for another plumber.
