I called Prime Appliance Service to have a technician come out and diagnose my dishwasher. Over the phone Victor explained possible issues I could be having and I was actually able to repair my own dishwasher with his instructions. Most businesses would have been happy to take my money so I truly appreciate you taking the time to answer my questions. I will definitely use his services in the future as he was very knowledgeable (next time I will be a paying customer). Thank you!

I have been getting service from Karl Par and his sons for 30+ years.
What I like is, I can order the parts and install them my self or I can have them fix the machine for me.
If I want to install the replacement part myself, they give me detailed instructions on how to do it.

Victor discussed the repair upon my call to schedule and followed through: called before promised arrival, charged as quoted, and cleaned the work area. Definitely using again.

The technicians were all booked up, but the owner came out to evaluate, and then got the necessary part and repaired the refrigerator!
