As the new owner of an old house in Oak Park, I’m glad I chose Essential Window Washing to do my Fall clean-up. They gave extra effort to wash years of grime from the inside and outside of 16 porch windows and removed layers of old leaves from the blocked gutters. I’ll be calling them back every year!

Starting with the call to the office to set up the appointment with Andrea, to the actual cleaning with Melesio & Angel, I couldn't be happier. They were able to fit me into their schedule on Saturday (before the weather turns bad again), worked quickly and cleanly, took before/after pics and even pointed out a leak that I didn't know about on one of my gutters. We have been a customer of Essential Window Washing for 3 years now. They are fairly priced, and are very accommodating. Our technicians Melesio and Angel left our windows sparkling clean, and had to work with our windows which are very old and not in that great of shape. Andrea who does the scheduling is absolutely delightful, truly wonderful at customer service. Great experience!
