Reeg Plumbing replaced a leaking cast iron vertical stack underneath my kitchen sink, as well as some smaller items at my house in Oak Park, IL. They came out and did a wonderful job at a fair price. Chris Reeg spent 30 minute with me on the initial call out to explain what he would recommend and why. After doing the job, Chris did a final walk through and caught an additional issue, which he fixed at no extra charge. Can't say this enough: These are honest, dependable, smart people and they have won all future work on my houses in the Chicago area. Thanks Team!

Water heater decided to just FAIL, leaking 40 gallons of water all over the basement at 9:30 at night. Called Chris and left non-emrgency message which was promptly responded to first thing the following morning. Then followed by HIS personal visit to eyeball the solution, followed by a new water heater installed before lunch.

THESES GUYS ARE GREAT, they've done a lot of work (back up sump pump, refreshed pipping in one bathroom, new toilets, battery back up for pump, rerouting of a pipe) and ALL of it was professionally and promptly done, and most importantly, competently.

What a great experience, from beginning to end. The woman who answered my call was very pleasant, and she followed up with texts and an e-mail to confirm. Scott arrived at the beginning of the appointment window, was exceptionally courteous, and got right to work on the faucet. He gave me some great tips about Moen's life-time guarantee, completed the work in about 10 minutes, and didn't charge me. He said he just wasn't good business to charge $170 for ten minutes work-- I didn't even have a cookie to give him (my kitchen was out of commission without the sink). Reeg Plumbing definitely has my endorsement and business from now on.

These guys are fantastic ! My water heater failed and they answered the phone when I called, set up the soonest possible appointment time and showed up 10 minutes early to do the water heater replacement. The work only took an hour and a half, which was great and efficient. Everyone I talked to was super nice, the new install looks top quality and it has an awesome warranty. This was my first plumbing problem since I moved here a few years ago and I will definitely call these guys in the future for any plumbing issue that arises in the future. Thanks guys! I’m thrilled to have hot water again.

Had Reeg come out to do some work around my water meter, replacing old lead lines and adding new shut-off valves. The was done quickly and with great craftsman ship. I'd call again for future needs. Thanks!

Reegs Plumbing is my new go-to plumber! Ever since moving to Chicagoland, I have been in search of a reliable and professional company that was customer centered and delivered quality repairs. I finally found them! From the time I made the phone call, to the end of repairs, Reegs plumbing exceeded my expectations. Chris, who handled three different repairs at my house, showed up on time and was ready to work right away. He fixed in less than an hour repairs that I had neglected for quite a long time. Chris was personable, knowledgeable, professional, and addressed all my questions. I highly recommend Reegs Plumbing!

Love all the guys at Reeg Plumbing! I have a crazy old 1913 house with a bathroom from the 50s and they have been out to fix a dripping tub faucet and fix the toilet. They are so kind and professional and do a great job. If you have an older house (or even if you don't!), they really know their stuff. And scheduling with them is super easy - they send texts when the appointment is booked, when they are on their way, etc. Will never call anyone else.

Chris and his team were fantastic! I got a quote from another bigger chain and called Chris to get a second opinion. Not only did he do that task for 1/3 of the price but they also solved a number of other issues we'd been having. Bodie and his team were very professional and I trusted them every step of the way. Will definitely be using Reeg for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

I’m so happy I found Reeg Plumbing. Chris and the crew did an excellent job with the plumbing for my finished basement project, which included adding a bathroom, laundry room and ejector pump. They worked and finished according to the timeline we set and they were very professional and efficient. I feel like the pricing was very fair for the quality of work. Recommending Reeg Plumbing in Oak Park IL. Monday morning I noticed a small leak in my 25 year old water heater, I called Reeg, the owner was at my house within 2 hours and then I had a whole new water heater in by 11 a.m. the next day. I appreciate their business processes like text reminders and pay link sent to text and email, super easy and finally a trade in this century. Great experience all around.

This company does a fantastic job! The have great skill and efficiency, and friendly, respectful service. My bathroom sink and faucet work great (thank you Bode!) and I love my new kitchen faucet (thank you Chris!)! These are simple things, but they make my daily life so much better!

As a result having our water service line upgraded we ended up with a clog in the mixer for our bath/shower faucet that our original plumber wouldn't address. I called Reeg to ask for advice and assistance, and everyone in the whole organization was incredibly helpful. Reeg was able to find a replacement part for my ancient bathroom plumbing and come to install it quickly and professionally. The plumber who did the work (Scott) was excellent - he answered all my questions, worked quickly but carefully, left the site clean, and had our tub/shower up and running faster than I would have expected. Their pricing was fair, transparent, and matched what they quoted upfront. One last thing - I also really appreciated how the appointment was scheduled through a system that sent me emails and texts to confirm and follow up. For anyone dealing with plumbing issues in an older home I would absolutely recommend Reeg, and I'm sure I'll be reaching out to them again the future!

From inquiry to job complete these guys do it right! This is our 2nd call to Reeg and it will not be our last. The 1st call was for a new hot water heater. They came next day and did the replacement quickly and even cleaned area when finished. The 2nd visit was to replace a toilet. Chris is easy to talk to, answers questions and responsive. Their pricing is fair with outstanding service. They email and text up to date info about plumber arrival.

Great company, prompt and professional. I called on Tuesday with a water heater question, an estimator stopped by the same day and the new water heater was installed on Thursday. Highly recommended!
