Just had them out servicing our air conditioner. The technician was super friendly and they showed up on time. Lindsey in the office is super friendly too and easy to work with. We will be having them come back in the fall to service our heater! Would definitely recommend this company

My Air went out yesterday around 4 PM. I knew that I just needed some refrigerant. I like to choose local and veteran owned companies, so I called Home Heating and Air. They were able to work around my schedule, squeeze me in and fix my air same day! The repair man was kind, honest and knowledgeable. I would definitely choose them again or recommend them to others! I couldn’t be happier!

Our initial experience with Home Heating and Cooling occurred in May. Their professionalism and courtesy were truly outstanding. We needed to have our AC repaired following inadequate care by another service provider. We were without air conditioning for less than a week, during which two technicians visited, replaced our AC compressor, and ensured that the unit was functioning properly. They also took the time to ensure my complete satisfaction with their work.

We promptly scheduled another service, and today one of their technicians visited to flush our tankless water heater. He was exceptional, going above and beyond to remove air from the lines due to water being turned off, which was very impressive—as not all technicians take such steps. His professionalism was remarkable as well.

We will now be relying on them for maintenance of our AC and tankless water heater. They have demonstrated that integrity, honesty, and professionalism still thrive in today’s businesses. They have earned two additional satisfied customers. Thank you very much.

Home Heating & Cooling is a great business run by some fantastic people. They worked with us to find the perfect system and got us a quick date to install. The crew was great. Friendly, professional, and quick. Our Lennox system is fantastic and I don't think I've ever had such an efficient setup.

Brandon and his team installed a new heat pump system for us. They worked hard all day in the summer heat but still managed to do a quality installation. My wife said the sheet metal fabrication looked like art as well as craftsmanship. The system itself is very quiet yet produces plenty of cold air. I highly recommend Home Heating and Cooling.
Addendum: Jaden was here for annual maintenance. He was courteous, competent and professional.

After getting our roof replaced we were told by the roofers that we needed a new flue. I called Lindsay and at the time honestly had no idea what I was talking about just told her “the roofer said I need a new pipe thing on my roof”. Thankfully she knew exactly what I was talking about and Steve was out fixing it by the end of the week. Complete professionals! My old HVAC system for my home finally gave out after having a slow leak in it for several years and having to refill it every year. Steve gave me a few options. The prices and options for consistent with other quotes, and at no point did I feel like they were trying to upsell me or give me equipment I didn't need. I pulled the trigger with Home Heating and Cooling and the install guys were on time, quick and super professional. I'm always very skeptical of services like this (plumbing, HVAC, home repair, etc.) of being upsold or taken advantage of, but Home Heating and Cooling explained the entire process and had the lowest price for the best equipment. This place is amazing! I lost confidence in a large HVAC company in the area so I reached out to a couple separate people for a referral. Both recommended Home Heating and Cooling. I called. Lindsey was amazing and unlike the call takers I was used to, Lindsey spoke with authority and put me on the schedule quickly with good notes about my concerns. Jeff came out as planned and provided service for a reasonable amount compared to my prior company AND a solid plan moving forward.
