Great communications and very responsive when I needed assistance with a few bad circuits. Arrived as scheduled, completed work quickly while respecting my personal belongings. Found the best way to complete work with least amount of inconvenience, mess, and made painting and repair easy by finding least destructive path to run new circuits. Very pleased and will definitely use them again.

The guys at Village Square worked on my remodeling project in Palos and did an excellent job overall, building out the project to our specifications. They have also been fast to respond to any emergency needs since the original job. They explained their pricing up front and we've never had any issues. Will work with them again in the future.

Ryan and Ryan did a great job communicating with me on arrival time and general questions I had. They showed up on time and got the job done making sure there was no mess after running my ground wire and generator bypass. I would recommend to any of my friends and family.

Ryan & Ryan were great to work with. They installed an outlet on my new kitchen island. I had been turned down by a few electricians, who didn’t want to bother with my project. Ryan fit me into his schedule a few days after I contacted him and was quick and affordable. Will be calling him again when I pick out new light fixtures for my kitchen.

Ryan showed up for my relatively small job soon after I called him. Wired in my 2 new powered attic fans quickly and below his original rough estimate. Appreciate the quality work and will work with them again for future projects.

Village square went above and beyond for my pool project! We needed a lot of work done to pass our inspection with the village. Ryan was always prompt, incredibly knowledgeable, and very flexible to accommodating us. If you need someone you can trust that will have safety in mind first you can count on village square!

I found Village Square Electric through a friend and am so happy to have a solid electrician in my contact list. Ryan and Ryan are so professional, communicative and great to work with. They came out once to look at an electrical issue I had and I liked them so much I had them come out to do some additional work I had been putting off. I appreciate their level of communication via text on availability, their arrival time, etc. I also appreciate how communicative they are when on site. They explain the issue, the solution, and then very explicitly the detail of the invoice or estimated cost. They are fair, honest, and trustworthy.

Highly recommend. Ryan has done a ton of work for me on multiple properties. Jobs were always done quickly and efficiently and priced fairly. Job site was always cleaned up after leaving. Will 100% use again.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. I first reached out in early November for an estimate, and while they were quick to call me back within a week to schedule, the technician did not show up for the appointment. After calling again, we rescheduled for December. This time, the technician, Ryan, arrived, assessed the project, and promised a written estimate within a week. However, the estimate never arrived.

I followed up with a voicemail expressing my interest in moving forward, but after Ryan returned my call and I provided him with my husband's contact information to arrange a start date, we still haven’t heard back.

The lack of follow-up and communication has been incredibly disappointing. It's frustrating when it’s this difficult to even schedule a project. Professional service should be more reliable and timely, and unfortunately, this company has not met those expectations.
