We hired them eight months ago for a heat check, but they ended up taking a part of our system without returning it. Now we're having trouble getting in touch with them - no response to messages. When the technician came, he claimed to have bled air from the pipes, but when someone else came out recently on September 20th, that wasn't the case: the pipes hadn't been bled at all. It's frustrating not being able to get in contact and having our property taken without a return.
