Robbie did an outstanding job fully rectifying a bird issue we had with our furnace. He also performed annual service of both AC and furnace. He was very informative and thorough explaining everything. For all the work that was done in a last minute emergency spending over 8 hours, the price was very responsible.

Had made a call for an A/C yearly check-up. Tom and Neo came out and I couldn't of been happier. My unit needed some maintenance and it appears to be another job well done! These guys are knowledgeable, honest, and hard working and just overall great! Couldn't have asked for a greater group of guys today. Thanks Modern Air Solutions!

We've been using Modern Air for about four (?) years now. They've diagnosed several issues with our 40-year-old home, helped us replace our ancient AC with a new heat pump, and fixed numerous problems with our old furnace & ventilation. Technicians are helpful & punctual and give us a full breakdown of what they did & what might need doing in the future.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Robert. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue with my system and walked me through the repair process step by step. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail, and my heat was back running in no time.

Very professional and very quick. My air was not working properly so I called at 5:50 p.m. and Logan was there in about an hour. Such a nice young man. I highly recommend this company.

Our air conditioner stopped working late on a Sunday evening during a heat wave. We chose not to have someone come out that night, though Modern Air Solutions was willing! They got someone out early Monday morning. They diagnosed the problem, offered a fair price, and were friendly throughout. The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful! We will use them for all future needs!

Consistently great customer communications with this company since I bought a gas/heat pump furnace in October, 2024. Today, March 27, was my first scheduled maintenance visit and the technician , Robby, was knowledgeable and professional. He thoughtfully answered my questions and suggested ways to optimize the performance of the system. I’m very satisfied with Modern Air.

Jorge was very polite, did a great job with my furnace. Jorge told me what was wrong with my Furnace and asked if I wanted to become a member.

Manny checked our furnace and replaced a gasket to shore up a condensation leak. Explained what he was doing. Very professional.

I'm so grateful Modern Air Solutions was recommended to us we started getting that 90 degree weather when my 25 year old ac unit quit i called them on Friday and then 5 days later we had a brand new unit Installed. The company sent out Jorge and Nathan who were both extremely professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I feel like the whole process was done extremely well, and fast and that i got a good fair price for the unit (they even honored a small but very appreciated military discount) If you're looking for a straight forward no games professional company for your ac/hvac needs this is a wonderful company

As always Modern Air Solutions exceeded my expectations. Robert was very friendly and was very thorough. He kept me updated and informed as to what he was doing while servicing my heater and humidifier. I highly recommend Modern Air Solutions for your Furnace and Air conditioning needs.I also recommend getting the warranty with your installation as it covers your twice yearly service, filters and for only a small monthly payment. It has come in handy not once but twice.

My first experience was awesome. Fabian was extremely helpful and yet very accommodating. My technician, Robbie was just a downright genuine human being. Very polite, humble, hard worker, very professional and took much pride in his work. I give this company five stars. I recommend everybody to use the serviceand kudos to Robbie.

I was having issues with a large amount of condensation developing on our flex ducts from our furnace, and moisture was beginning to build up where the duct and ceiling met. I originally called the company that installed our brand new HVAC system a year ago, and they literally had no idea what they were doing or talking about.

Thankfully, I called Modern Air Solutions because of all of their great reviews. It was a great experience through and through. Modern Air was able to send someone out the very next day. Karl was our service technician and he couldn't have been nicer. On top of that, he was extraordinarily knowledgeable and provided us with a very quick and easy fix to get rid of the heavy condensation. Karl didn't try to sell me on anything that I didn't need. He just provided an honest fix with many helpful tips to go along. I will definitely be calling Modern Air Solutions again. I recommend you do too!

Antonio did a excellent job of diagnosing my problem and fixing it. He explained to me what was happening and why I was getting the trouble code I was getting. I will definitely be calling MAS the next time I need HVAC service again.

Had an amazing experience with a new Carrier furnace installation with Manny (Emanual) and team. They were meticulous and detailed and left our house spotless after the install. We have used MAS as our trusted HVAC company for all our HVAC support (including a Carrier AC install a few years ago). Their maintenance plan is a no brainer peace of mind to keep your HVAC systems in top working order and includes full labor warranty to boot on new installs. Highly recommend MAS for your HVAC work.

Manny and the rest of the crew performed their tasks very well and they were careful with taking out the old furnace and bringing in the new one. My wife stated they were the best crew that we ever had working on our house.
