Had a shower clog that I could not clear and it lead to water leaking downstairs. I called my home warranty place who fishes out jobs to local contractors which is how I came across Dupage Home Services. My home warranty refused to cover it (surprise) despite efforts by DHS due to the problem stemming from atrocious “repairs” done by the previous owner. However DHS was very knowledgeable about the issue and still helped diagnose what was wrong, so I had them come back and fix the issue a few days later. They were fair in sticking with the quoted price and did the work properly and throughly instead of just “getting it done.” I would recommend them.

I highly recommend DuPage Home Services. I have been working with them since 2022 and have only awesome things to say. I bought an old house 2 months ago and have numerous plumbing issues. Tim has been great about fitting me in when it's an emergency. He is reliable and trustworthy!

I used Tim twice in the last couple of months. Once was to do a sewer dig up and install an access line and root cleanup from my sewer, the second was to do a complete change of the kitchen sink pipes and kitchen tube that leads to sewer was galvanized and needed replacement. Tim was thorough, timely, and very professional. I thought his services were very fairly priced. Would definitely recommend.

He did a bathtub drain repair and valve replacement. The home needed drywall done as well as a result of what needed to be fixed plumbing wise. He found a part of the plumbing that was not up to code and fixed it. I live 2000 miles away and he was very easy to get a hold of and can handle the job while I am all the way over here. Gets it done.

I've asked for a floor replacement/upgrade due to the great work so far. Call this guy.

They figured out the problem in minutes save us time and money on our end plus. When they came to the job in a timely manner they were in and out with in 30 minutes. I was satisfied with the people very polite, well knowledge and professional and inwas satisfied also with the job done before even walking out the door I could hear and tell a difference. Called Naperville Home Services to replace some bathtub plumbing we encountered while doing a remodel in a 1920s home. They were very responsive and able to do the work within 24 hours. Tim was very experienced and courteous. He had to do a bit of trouble shooting, but had some practical solutions. He was able to complete the job within a few hours! I will definitely be using their services again.
