Nick was quick to respond and easy to work with. He was able to schedule our flooring install for just a few days out. The two guys who laid the flooring were quick and professional! Definitely worth the money to hire Nick and his team to lay LVP flooring!

Nick is such an awesome guy. He did a great job and installed nice quality flooring and did a fantastic job and came in at a lower price than everyone else. My girlfriend and I wanted to create a gym in our basement but didn’t have the time or expertise to do it ourselves. Nick came and tore all the carpet out and laid down some pvc plank and it turned out perfectly. It looks like a high end professional gym now and is much more functional. He also helped us pick out the best material and find a style we liked. He’s the best for flooring!

Nick and Chicago flooring did a fantastic job installing our kitchen floor. They were very meticulous and efficient and their prices are very reasonable. The floor was installed efficiently and cleanly in the final product looked amazing. I would highly recommend Chicago flooring.

We had a really bad experience with Luna. Nick showed up when he said he would, was quick to provide a quote after doing the measurements, and wasn't pushy or salesy at all. The team came out and got the work done so quickly and efficiently, we were blown away! We had a minor issue, but Nick was so quick to respond and help us get it fixed, it wasn't even a problem. We want to get carpet removed from our stairs and will definitely be using Chicago Flooring Installations for it! Highly recommended them to anyone looking for a company for their next flooring project!

We recently had Nick and his team complete a flooring project in our home. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and attention to detail. The work exceeded our expectations. His guys were incredibly efficient, clean and friendly. They did such a great job that we decided to expand our project sooner than expected. They'll be back in the next few weeks to work on another part of the house!

After a few problems, not with Chicago Flooring, the floor was installed. It was worth waiting for. The job was professional and the look is amazing. Nick and Carlos were great and went about the job like they knew what they were doing. They DID know what they were doing. I am so happy with the floor and I will call on them when I am ready for other bedroom. Thank you guys…you made this person very happy.

To put it simply, Nick is awesome. My husband and I recently bought our first home together, and felt pretty overwhelmed with projects. We knew we wanted to put in new flooring, and Nick made the process so easy. He showed us samples, gave us his professional recommendation, and in about a week we had brand new, gorgeous flooring. Would 10/10 recommend!

Nick and crew did an exceptional job with my LVP flooring installation from concrete self-leveling to complete installation. In addition to their excellent work, Nick was super kind and helpful in getting me out of a bad situation with the big box retailer I purchased the product from. Product was ok but awful when it came to everything else. I only wish I would have started the project with Chicago Flooring from the beginning. Definitely would have saved me money, time and frustration. Thanks Nick & crew for going above and beyond my expectations!

Nick and his crew were great to work with from start to finish. He was patient with us as we went back and forth on the flooring we wanted within our budget. The installation was incredibly smooth as well. We absolutely love our new floors as it makes our basement look even more spacious than it already is.

Nick and his team installed luxury vinyl plank for our house. During the busy construction season, Nick was very flexible to do the project earlier for us. On a Saturday, they started 6:30 AM and finished the whole project in one day. We got quotes from multiple companies for this project. Nick gave us the cheapest price, and we are happy with the end product.

Carlos and Nick did an excellent job installing luxury vinyl planks in our son’s condo. They are prompt, efficient, very reasonably priced, have great attention to detail and Carlos left the place nice and clean. We’re all very happy with the outcome. Hired them to demo existing floors in our 1100 sq ft home and then install LVP throughout. They were really easy to work with, showed up on time, and worked extremely efficiently - got everything done in 2 days. Super nice guys and fair pricing, even offering to reduce the price when they had less demo work to do than expected. They provided suggestions that would both save us money and be a better long term option. Highly recommend.

Nick and his guys are wonderful. From first contact, to scheduling to completion. Easy process, good communication. Any questions or concerns I had, Nick responded quickly and made it happen. Him and his team went above and beyond to make my new floors and house look great. Will be contacting him again when I'm ready to put new floors in the rest of my house.

Great service. Crew worked all weekend to install new vinyl plank flooring throughout our office so we were set to re-open first thing Monday morning. Highly recommend, will definitely use Chicago Flooring again.

Chicago Flooring Installations is a pro and they are top notch. They did our flooring in Chicago and again in our new house in the suburbs and the experience and quality were superb. They work with you on what you want to do, even if you want to buy your own flooring and trim and just have them install. Their price was also the best. They had to work around some oddities with the house and the finished job looks great. I highly recommend them.

NIck was great to work with for my carpeting installation. He came out with samples and helped me select the correct carpeting for my project. His workmen came on time and finished quickly. They cleaned up very nicely when they were done. I would highly recommend them.

We’re very lucky we found Nick because he did our in-home consultation within the week and arrived at the time we needed him. It was super fast! Then, installation was complete much faster than expected! The vinyl floors look even better than hardwood and will probably wear much better. Nick was so responsive over phone and text; the installers were always careful when working inside our condo. Highly recommend!

We purchased the carpet through Costco. Chicago Flooring executed estimates, measurements, and installation to perfection. It was all completed within 2-3 weeks which I was very pleased with. All around a great shopping experience. Next time I need carpet or flooring we will go directly to Chicago Flooring. Great family company.

Nick and his team were great! I received a prompt quote and was scheduled quickly. Work was performed quickly and they were always on time. They were able to offer me a cost effective solution for installing vinyl plank in my basement without the costly process of leveling the entire basement floor. We are very happy with their work! Nick and Carlos did a wonderful job on our flooring project, and we were so lucky to find them for the job.

- Nick is super responsive via all forms of communication channels, and the entire team is super efficient that gets the job DONE with quality and speed. Very punctual and experienced team which made the entire project a seamless process.
- Their experience is no joke - in and out within 7hrs for a 1000sqf carpet removal -> flooring project. I've spoken to many contractors who quoted me 2-3 days. The pricing is super reasonable as well.
- They're one of a few contractors who had insurance policies that fulfilled our building's stick policy. We're super lucky that they've already done 6 units in our building so they know the building well, which makes transporting materials via freight elevators way easier than I imaged.

Would definitely recommend Chicago Flooring Installations for anyone who's trying to get flooring done.
