All reviews for Custom Power Electric

Had to replace 3 electrical panels. Rich came out and gave a very reasonable estimate and got the job done well within the timeframe he estimated. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Will use their service again.

Excellent work. We used this company four years ago to install 13 ceiling lights and used them again in October 2024 to install a garage heater. I would highly recommend Rick for any electrical work you might need.

This Electrical Contractor company does exceptional work. I've used them three times in the last year for residential work. They've done great work at a reasonable cost.

Richard does great work, knows exactly what he’s doing. Fast and clean with great prices.
Have had him here numerous times over the past year. Always personable and professional. I’m telling you this is the guy to call for anything electrical. No hidden fees and never tries talking you into extra unnecessary work.

Custom Power Electric did a great job installing outlets at our new home. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We will definitely use them again for future lighting and electrical projects! Highly recommend.

I would call them out again and will recommend them to anyone in my subdivision FB page. Contacted them on Thursday and spoke to Rich. He said he might have time the next afternoon. Rich came out next day and replaced 2 outside gfci outlets, 2 garage light fixtures and a porch light fixture. Very pleased with the overall experience we had. Thanks Rich

Repeat customer here! Richard did a fabulous job with full basement electrical! Skilled, professional, on time. Job well done!

Rich was very collaborative and cooperative and came to our house quickly. He quickly diagnosed the problem we were having with our powder bath fan and helped us with a reasonable solution while giving us an alternative that we could pursue in the future.

Rich and his partner were great to work with. It was quick and clean with easy communication and on time work.

Rich and his sons did a great job. They were fast and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Rich was great, he has done a couple jobs for us - much needed landscape lighting - and they both turned out exactly as planned.

Custom Power Electric is a great company for any electrical projects. First off, Richard was honest with me from the start, asking questions and providing suggestions to make sure the project was outlined to what I wanted done. The estimate was fair for the work required. After scheduling, there was follow up for date confirmation to make sure our schedules were still good for the project date. Lastly, the craftsmanship was top notch and professional. This was a panel upgrade and it was done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience.

I found Custom Power online and couldn't be happier I did! Richard is excellent, he is prompt in communication and scheduling, works quickly and does an incredible job. He proactively addresses issues with the work and is helpful if issues arise.
He installed exterior lights and GFCI outlets, new installations of ceiling fans, bathroom lighting and outlets/switches. All of his work was completed without issue and really made improvement to our home!
If you use Custom Power, you will NOT be disappointed!

Highly recommend Custom Power Electric for your home’s electrical needs. Rich and his son have done a few projects at my house over the last 3 years and all was done well and reasonably priced. The quality of the work is exceptional and trustworthy. I highly recommend. I will definitely continue to work with Rich for all my future home improvement projects! I’m very happy with their work and can’t imagine using anyone else.

We had a wonderful experience with Rich from Custom Power Electric. We had our fuse box changed to circuit breakers and the change went very smoothly. The quote we received was lower than the other two quotes from different companies. Overall the service was excellent and I would highly recommend Custom Power Electric.

Clean, efficient and very professional work. Highly recommend and will use again.

We had them install a charging port for our EV car. The owner is a consumate professional who communicated with me through the entire process, completed the work the scheduled day and at the original estimated price. This was the quickest, least painful job I've ever booked for my house.

Rich has done multiple projects at our house. We trust his expertise and workmanship. He installed extra outlets in the basement and recently swapped out exterior light fixtures. I'm asking him to come back to do lighting for our outdoor patio.

We had to have 23 outdoor lights/cords removed from our yard. Rich is very knowledgeable and personable. The job was done quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this company.

I’ve used their service twice now for various electric needs around my house. They did a great job both times. They also suggested helpful alternatives to some of the things I wanted done. They are very responsive to requests for an appointment and give updates as to their ETA. Very fairly priced. They are neat and tidy too. I will definitely use their services in the future.

Rich & his son did a great job on my canned lights. He finished the job on-time & they quality was exceptional.
