Curtis and his crew are best in the business. Have used them a handful of times. He is always on time,honest and fair with his pricing. I highly recommend him and trust his professional opinion.

The service call was educational: which is important that I understand was is happening. The call yielded great results: I now have my furnance working and my air conditioner operating. I am so thankful that the cost was affordable as I was truly hoping I did not have another big price tag on top of medical bills in 2024.

My family and I have used Curtis for a few different repairs now. Most recent was our water heater. Came out same day and great, quality work.

Curtis is the Most Professional HVAC Tech I’ve Ever met!!! He came ASAP, diagnosed my problem with my AC Unit. He took pics of my ac unit of what issues were going on & showed us. He went over & beyond explaining what’s wrong & what he would do to fix it. He also showed Pics of Before & After. Very Very Courteous & Super Knowledgeable. I called Curtis for a second opinion on an older Unico AC system that I had previously been told needed complete replacement. Curtis proposed repairing instead of replacing, and he had the unit back in working order within a few days of his proposal.
He returned calls promptly, explained the problem clearly, answered all my questions, and he and his assistant, Darwin, performed the repair with great professionalism.

We called Curtis to see if he could come out and service our walk in cooler at our business. He was available to come out the same day, and was in our store within a couple of hours. He was very thorough and explained what the problem was and how he needed to fix it. He had all the parts he needed with him, and made sure our system was working properly long before he left. Curtis was great! Professional, freindly and explained everything. We called in the morning as our heater just stopped working. Was able to stop by in the late afternoon, and took a look. Easy fix, but still took the time to explain what happened and what he was doing. Highly recommend!!

We had a little issue with our hot water heater and Curtis was able to fit us in the very next morning as it was not an emergency for us. He came on time, as always. He explains what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. If you have any questions, he has no problem telling you the answers. I love his professionalism, his knowledge and he leaves no cleanup for you to do! He’s the best around! We trust his work and will continue to refer him to others.

To date we have been through multiple HVAC techs/repairmen and was always left with the feeling of being let down as a customer. A heating unit was installed and when it failed to work the installer suggested we have someone else look at it and never came back.
The a/c failed to get cold and 5 out of 5 techs advised to replace it.
Mr Curtis was straight forward and honest.
He made no promises and said he would look at it and give a full assessment. His assessment….. the unit was in dire need of service.

I have called on CW Mechanical, LLC for over 10 years to maintain my Heating system. The whole relationship started because my furnace would not come on one year and I asked my neighbor-at-the-time, Curtis, to give me a price as to how much it would cost to repair it. I had already asked "Other Companies" to take a look at the issue and was astounded when Curtis told me that I did not need the parts that I was told were needed to make the costly repairs by the "Other Companies." Curtis went through step by step and explained to me, in a language that I could understand, what the issues were. He explained what needed to be replaced right away and what I could wait a while longer to replace.

Curtis is very professional and friendly. Besides maintaining the furnace, he goes beyond to make sure that I understand why he needs to replace a part, takes it out for me to see it and then replaces it. He has always had parts on hand in emergency situations, or was able to get them in a timely matter.

So glad that I can count on Curtis to keep my furnace running during the winter months!
