Phil and Zach with OC Restoration have been great throughout our mess of a cleanup. While under contract trying to sell our current place, we discovered a leak coming from the pipes in our upstairs bathroom that resulted in a mess in our downstairs bathroom. Phil and Zach were out to our house quickly to help assess the damage, worked incredibly well with our not-so-responsive Insurance claims agent, and worked tirelessly throughout the mitigation stages to get our place ready for the contractor to rebuild it all. We appreciate how helpful they were throughout the whole process and appreciate their communication in keeping us in the loop during this stressful time.

Sad to say that OC had to help me not once but twice this year on two separate losses. Nonetheless, their high quality workmanship and professionalism was outstanding on both jobs. They were detail oriented and they also were our best advocates when our insurance was trying to cut corners. I hope to never need another restoration, but will definitely contact OC again when the time comes.

I needed Flooring done and painting and had a hard time finding someone to come to my house do the work. So happy OC Restoration not only returned my phone call but came out and did the work promptly and professionally. Zach was awesome!!!!!!!! Polite, professional, knowledgeable, hard working. Had some ice damming with interior water damage; called OC Restoration and they were at our house in under 24 hours and removing the ice dams quickly after that. Philip was our main point of contact and I could not speak highly enough of him. Professional, knowledgeable, helpful. Every other member of their team was great to work with as well. Worked with us through the entire process including reconstruction and working with our insurance company to handle the claim. Outstanding service from beginning to end, I would absolutely recommend them to others.

The team at OC restoration was such a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond while working efficiently and timely. The technicians sent out were professional and quality workers. Zach went out of his way to make sure everything was in order and exactly how we envisioned it. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone needing remodeling of any type!

Prompt, professional, courteous and very affordable. My plumbing project was completed by an expert who was respectful of my home and me. If I did not have shiny new copper plumbing you would never know work was done. They cleaned up like they were never here. I was impressed and will be recommending their services in the future. This company was all of 5 stars in their response time, professionalism, preparation, and enduring patience as we tried to salvage all that we could, after a flood in the basement. I am so grateful to Phil, who always made me feel like he had our backs and never failed to respond quickly to our questions. He was fantastic in dealing with our insurance company and they knew they were working with someone of the highest integrity, so they didn't mess around when settling our claim. Phil told us how it works, what to expect, when things would happen, and how not to make it worse. I would highly recommend them, whether you're a contractor yourself, or little old lady. I had a large water disaster and flood which caused significant damage to all 3 levels of my home and OC Restoration has done an AMAZING job with the mitigation and rebuild! They worked well with my insurance company as well as had ongoing communication with us to ensure we understood the entire project. The quality of work was outstanding! OC Prop is GREAT. I called after hours expecting to leave a service call message and Joe picked up the call, shared my humidifier issue and he scheduled Austin(GREAT Tech) to stop over at 9am next morning!!!! We cannot say enough about the guys at OC Property Solutions. From the first phone call to the final nail in the wall, they have been very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable.
We had a bathroom leak that went through all 3 levels of our house on the weekend. They came out and started mitigation, which was fast and complete.
They were present for the insurance inspection to answer any questions and to fight for what was needed. Once insurance paid, they scheduled and completed the rebuild in a timely fashion.
They were very accomodating to changes mid-construction without any hesitation. If we could give more than 5 stars we would.
We will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know.

Update 3/10/2025
We used OC Property Solution again today to fix a old leaking water heater, 20yr old toliet valves and shower valves. Kyle came and gave a quote on a Friday and Joe did the job on the following Monday. Joe was on time, efficient and did a superb job. All the noises we have been hearing have stopped.
A previous plumber we had out, failed to troubleshoot our issues and dismissed us almost immediately. I am so glad that I called OC again based on my previous experience with them. Definitely will use them again if needed in the future.

Simply the best. They did an awesome job and I heartily recommend them.

OC went out of their way to get a Hot Water installed same day I called! Amazing

Austin came out to help with a furnace issue i was having. He showed up quickly after I called, was very professional and fixed the problem quickly. I can't say enough good stuff about this company. Every service they've done for me has been above and beyond. They're honest, quick and professional and they know what they're doing!

When my upstairs shower started leaking through my dining room ceiling, OC was there within an hour. They stopped, contained and cleaned it up the same day. Reconstruction dragged because of my insurance company but OC guided me through that. I know OC gets paid on this too, but I felt like I had a team of lawyers behind while my claim took months. The finished reconstruction looks incredible and all the workers were very respectful of my home. Highly recommend.
