They installed a compressor in my townhome in May and did a great job! I called to have my air checked today because I was concerned that the temperature dropped but Stevan gave me an explanation.! I am very happy with their service. They are very respectful of your property.

I contacted them in the morning and they had the part I needed in stock and were able to come out to repair my A/C unit the same day. The repair technician Chris was on time and explained everything that he was going to do to get the repair done. He did a meticulous job ensuring was installed correctly and cleaned up everything when he was finished.

My AC crapped out recently and I solicited several bids to replace the AC and the furnace, which was also near the end of its useful life. I called Precision Air in Plainfield based on proximity (to Naperville) and on the unanimous 5 star reviews on Google. Ivan Sanchez came out the evening of the day I called and blew the others out of the water in terms of knowledge, advice, price, repayment terms, rebate availability and overall approach. We decided on a 5 ton AC, 135k BTU furnace - two stage Lennox 18 SEER. The installation occurred yesterday. It was an all day effort (finishing up at close to 11pm) and I was extremely pleased with the effort and attention to detail. There were two main installers with Ivan overseeing the day long process and spending several hours with me in the end doing the paperwork and walking me through the installation and thermostat operation. This young man has a passion for HVAC and for customer service that was evident from our first handshake to the last. So here's another 5 star review for you and your Company, Ivan - well earned and freely given in the hope that others will similarly benefit.

Back in June '25, Ivan was so nice and great to work with to figure out what ac/furnace replacement was best for our needs. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all my options. He also responded to my several questions very quickly, fairly negotiated with me and setting up financing was easy. Install date was set up so fast which was appreciated bc it was during the first heat wave and it was getting hot in here! Stevan and Larry were also great to work with for the installation. So professional, courteous and clean. Also took the time to walk me thru every step explaining the overall process for the day and what to expect (it's a long install) and answered all my questions as they came up. Had a couple surprises and we all worked thru them. Couldn't ask for a better team to spend the day with. Very happy with my choices and the AC has worked no issues. In fact, my neighbor appreciates how quiet our AC is, they barely hear it (Lennox). Haven't run the furnace yet. Bonus: we received a brand sponsored gift card rebate credit card which was a nice money-back reward for our choice, that Ivan called out to us when we were deciding on what to install. Highly recommend Precision Air.

We loved the service. We did a mini split for our room in the attic and they were spectacular! They cleaned after themselves, they were punctual and finished in a day. We are truly happy with the results. We highly recommend this company!

Had my hvac system replaced. While not cheap the Precision price was thousands less than a major competitor and the equipment was a higher line. Installers were responsive to my concerns. I’d recommend them.
