Excellent experience with plumbing services at TR Miller. The whole TR Miller team was great. Chris B was able to come out the same day I called. He diagnosed the plumbing problem, explained everything thoroughly, provided clear and detailed information about repair/replace options, including pricing, and offered to fix the problem on the spot. Chris was genuinely helpful and made sure all of my questions were answered. Kudos to the TR Miller team.

Today I had TR Miller come out to check my HVAC system, which is been neglecting for a while. Manny R. was my tech and he did a great job of inspecting the unit and letting me know the problem areas! I have used TR Miller a couple times in the past for other home repairs and I’ve never had a bad experience. This was my first time with their heating and cooling maintenance and would definitely recommend!

Editing a day later to add that yesterday, Manny helped schedule Karen O. to come out for a consultation for a new HVAC system due to the age of my unit, and she was great! I knew I was going to have to replace it soon and Karen made it very easy for me. She evaluated my current setup and provided multiple options, which she explained thoroughly. I chose one and thankfully was able to get scheduled for installation today (the day after I wrote the above). Carlos R. and Aiden W. came to install my new unit and did an excellent job! I’m very happy with the result. They were professional and thorough and explained the new setup to me before they left. Overall very much appreciate the great service! :)

We also want to thank Ben, who took the time to come out, explain our options clearly, and walk us through what truly needed to be done. We really appreciated that they didn’t forget to provide all the documents for the transferable warranty as well.

Our previous heater and AC were very old — first-generation units. While this was a big investment, we truly believe it’s worth it. Not only for our comfort now, but also for the value it adds to our home for the next homeowner.

From start to finish, both Kaleb and Cristian were top notch. So professional, caring, explained everything. They did not push any sales but educated me on what might be helpful for my HVAC and plumbing needs. Did not speak down to me as an older client. I was very satisfied and highly recommend them both. In addition, my schedule was messed up today and they were willing to come back after 3 pm. Thank you to TR Miller for the wonderful VIP coverage.

I had my heater inspected Cynthia, and replaced this week by Sergio & Ed. They were a. So informative as to their findings, what next steps were and the entire install process. Karen gave me options of new heating & a/c units available and did not try to oversell me. She helped me with the finance options as well. My experience with TR Miller was great. I definately recommend them to anyone in need !

This is the second time we have called TR Miller for plumbing. Great experience. I would recommend TR for all of your plumbing needs.

Timothy stopped by yesterday to help us out. Great dude. We had leaks in three different areas. Tim was the ultimate professional. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it. Even showed us the problem areas. He quickly determined the issue and we were on our way.

In all my years as a home owner, this was the best experience we have ever had with an onsite repair. Everything was great!

We will definitely call TR for our AC and Heating maintenance this next summer!

Benjamin M replaced our humidifier and addressed another issue at our home. He was friendly, professional, efficient and thoroughly explained the work he performed. He did an excellent job! We are new to the area and TR Miller has been exceptional in customer service as well as having great technicians and installers. We are very happy with the service we have received!

Chris D. and Jorge T. from T.R. Miller did an outstanding job replacing our HVAC system. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and actually finished the entire installation earlier than expected. Both technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home throughout the process. The new system is running great, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish.

Replaced my water heater tank with tankless. Very pleased with the customer service, availability, workmanship, and overall experience. Everyone was personable and good at communicating. The unit is brand new, so I do not expect any problems any time soon, but so far TR Miller employees seem dedicated to making everything right and serving and supporting their customers. *This is a genuine 5-star review - they do not have any customer contract preventing negative reviews, which I guess is a thing now? SMH. Anyway, I chose them because of their Google reviews and I wanted other people like me to know the reviews are legit!

TR Miller was able to get us a plumber same day to help with a kitchen drain clog we weren't able to get rid of ourselves. Jorge was an excellent technician. Went over our options with patience, was knowledgeable about the work, and was able to resolve our issue. He took his time with the work and never made us feel like he was rushing to get to another call, and performed several checks to make sure the sink was draining probably before he left.

Alex has excellent customer service!!! He acknowledged me by name and that meant a lot. As a pharmacist working 43 years with Walgreens, my priority is taking care of my patients. Alex reminded me of how I treat my patients. I trust that your company will take good care of me as well.
Alex was able to set an appointment with Da’Veta, comfort consultant, who answered all our questions and helped us with purchasing our new furnace with humidifier. She was very personable and very helpful. The installers David L. And Nick L. we’re proficient and professional. They got the work done in a timely matter and I am very satisfied with their work. Tim L., the plumber, was the last of my TR MILLER team to complete my new furnace with a whole house humidifier. Tim was courteous and explained what he was doing. You have an excellent team working for your company who really understands customer service and professionalism.
I will definitely refer your company to my friends and family.

This is my second Renai tankless water heater cleaning. Jacob was here for both. He is wonderful. He knows everything there is about doing this with my specialized system. I learn things every time from his great explanations. He also tested my water to check all my levels. I wish all service people were as thorough, nice and friendly as Jacob! Jorge was great! He was very personable and very knowledgeable. He arrived quickly after we called and solved our problem even faster. He was very thorough and after he solved our immediate problem, had us check other parts of the house to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend.

Jocki was by far the most professional serviceman I’ve ever had in my 15 years of being a homeowner. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable- taking his time to explain everything and never making me feel rushed. When he asked me for my feedback on how he could have improved, I truly couldn’t think of a single thing. It was so refreshing to get that level of customer service!!

Kitchen ceiling leak that progressively got bigger & bigger. Knew the job was too much for my husband. So appreciate same day service and Nico was fabulous! Knew exactly what needed to be done and was very thorough. He was very efficient and conscientious. Appreciated him walking us thru what the issue was and what he did to repair it. Took way less time than I thought it would.

After 2 companies either failing to not call back or the other would call back, I spoke with a very pleasant woman that actually answered the call and scheduled me the next morning. Two professional and knowledgeable young men performed excellent quality work arriving on time. Willie and I'm afraid I forgot the other gentleman's name! Thank you to all of you at TR Miller! I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of the services this fine company offers!

Sergio, Ed, and David came out today and installed a new HVAC unit for us, replacing our 26-year old unit. They were very quick and professional. They showed up right at the scheduled appointment time, and they finished ahead of the estimated work time. The walkthrough they gave us was very thorough and answered all our questions. I’m very pleased and would highly recommend them and the entire TR Miller team.

Mr. Bogdan T. has impressed us last Saturday and he fixed our current furnace problems in a short time. Meanwhile, he has explained issues, provided long term solutions in a very reasonable way. We were appreciated his service and felt both we and TR Miller company are lucky to have him as an experienced technician. We also purchased VIP packages with TR Miller too. Thank you!

Don C at TR Miller was fantastic to work with! The service was efficient, thorough, and incredibly personable. Don was very friendly and took the time to clearly explain everything, answering all of our questions without making us feel rushed or silly for the questions. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience.

Bonus: our cat gave it paws up too — fully approved and inspection-worthy! Highly recommend Don and the TR Miller team for excellent, trustworthy service.

Omar O was awesome. He had to start his inspection late in the day and even though he had a family commitment later that night he stayed and thoroughly finished . Poor guy probably didn’t get any sleep before his family commitment. But he stayed and finished. Then after he was finished he explained everything he did, what he thought was needed to be done and quoted prices for the work. Very thoughtful young man and he should be commended highly. Very lucky you have him as an employee.

Today, I had furnace inspection by technician named Julian V. from TR Miller as part of the VIP service that I received when I had my old furnace replaced about a year ago. I must say I was pretty impressed of how knowledgeable Mr. Julian V. is as he knew every sensor there is on that furnace and he knew everything there is to know about this furnace. Mr. Julian V took the time to answer all my questions and all the things I need to watch out.
Based on this experience, I am glad I picked T R Miller to replace my furnace last year. Definitely not the cheapest place but you get what you pay for.
