Had an estimate scheduled and they failed to show up. Upon inquiring on where they were and if they were going to show up I received an email approx 5.5 hours after saying "Sorry for the inconvenience" and asked to reschedule. I gave 2 stars as they attempted to reschedule but reading reviews on Yelp it seems like they have a history of not showing up so we opted to not proceed.

I would guess that the five-star reviews here are fake accounts or friends of the owner. If you want more of the truth, look to Green Hill’s Yelp reviews which show this company’s tendency to show up to your property, provide a quote, say they’ll be coming back, and then proceed to ghost you and never show up, despite multiple ignored phone calls and emails. Don’t waste your time with Green Hill Landscaping in Plano.
