Air conditioner went out late last night, called AirMax first thing in the morning, talked with Cheri who was extremely helpful, she sent somebody out right away. We ended up needing a new HVAC system, which was installed quickly, just in time for this week's heatwave!! Thank-You AirMax for an exceptional experience, very well appreciated.

Contacted AirMax after my A/C went out. Customer service was super helpful and sent out a tech immediately. It was determined that I needed a new unit. I went ahead and decided to replace my furnace as well. Couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Professional, price and quality was spot on, turn around was super quick. We have had Mike (Airmax) out several times for various repairs/projects. It is nice dealing directly with the owner (Mike) as he does all of the work himself. We just had him out this morning to get our shop's hanging furnace running correct again. He was on time, thorough and did what he was paid to do. The furnace is running smoothly once again.

I have used Airmax for many years. Mike is very knowledgeable and does a great job keeping my air and heat up to date and in working order. They are responsive and come out promptly, especially if there's an emergency. I highly recommend... there's no one better.

During the polar vortex my heat was out and I was freezing. I called AirMax Heating & Cooling and they came out within an hour. The repairs needed were done quickly and the cost was something I could afford.

Airmax came out to check a gas leak on a stove. They told me there was no leak and charged me $220. I had Nicor out and they confirmed there was a leak. I had to have another company out and they actually repaired the issue. When I reached out to airmax about it they did not reply.

I gave Mike the business to do the air conditioning and heating which they did in 10 minutes. They sent a young man who was very polite but very young and unexperienced he did not vacuum or clean the heater only used his hands to wipe it and took only 5 minutes outside to check the air compressor not doing everything only to charge me $200. Then they looked at my water heater and said it was a little problem! no problem to fixed by the next day at 4 o'clock still did not help and respond to me for another 12 hours to only let me know that they're gonna try to find parts for it. I explained to Mike that my whole family has not been able to take a shower for 3 days and I was in urgent need for it right away. They wanted to charge me almost $400 for a water heater part that only costs $45.00 just to fix the pilot light which they pull apart when they left. After the 2nd day they told me that they can replace the water heater for $1600 Dollars. which the actual price for that water heater installed by a Credible plumber only costs under $1200. The gentleman Mike the businessman had only bad news to talk about with me about how hes a businessman and with other jobs to worry about not my job. I explained to him I thought 400.oo for a part to fix a old water heater was to much. So he gave me an alternative to buy a new water heater to charge me $1600 when almost all the plumbers were costing $1200. I could go on but, I suppose you get the point! I will never use these people or refer them to anybody.
