Victor and his team have been very helpful for my parents with their HVAC needs. Reasonably priced, well communicative, and hard-working employees. Somewhat recently, they got a new system furnace and air conditioner. Everything was installed well and the equipment has been running great since installation 4 years ago.

I have been with GNV for several years. They are the best company I have ever worked for. The owner is honest and dose not tolerate short cuts. He cares about his employees and customers. Safety and customer service is his top priority. I am so proud to be apart of the GNV family and love to help service all are customers. I can't wait to meet all our customers and help them with all there heating and cooling needs.

We have to say….we have used GNV for 14 years….never been disappointed…always arrive in the time frame scheduled …always a warm welcome in a professional way…thorough evaluation of our HVAC system, using the latest technology, clean workmanship and a fair price. In an emergency situation, they installed a hot water heater…again, timely, efficiently and cost effective. We moved 3 years ago and brought them with us to our new home. GNV was used by my condominium association and I trusted them to change my Air Conditioning unit. They have competitive pricing and are very knowledgeable. They were great to work with. I found other companies I had inspect my unit not even be able to find which AC belonged to my unit on the roof top. So I would definitely recommend GNV if you live in a condo as well. So far I’ve had no issues!

After buying a house built in the 50s, we needed a new boiler, water heater and had no AC. GNV gave us multiple options and worked with us to get a solution where we could keep radiant heat with a new boiler and install ductwork for AC which was minimally invasive on the house. It was a pleasure to work with the GNV guys and we are very happy with the install/systems they provided. We would highly recommend them to anyone who need heating/cooling services.

Have had several really good experiences with GNV. Had heating ducts cleaned and an ionizer installed on the furnace, and dryer vent cleaned. They solved an ongoing issue with my hot water heater, as well. The entire team is professional, pleasant, courteous, punctual, and they always clean up really well after the job is complete. An excellent company!

I will recommend them hands down. I call them last night and they were willing to come out on a drop of a dime. Technician was prompt and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue got the part and I was up and running. He took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions. If your looking for a great company that cares call them. Over the past few years, they've replaced my AC unit, dishwasher, and water heater, and I couldn't be happier with their work. The owner was consistently responsive to my emergency calls, which put me at ease right away.

One moment that really stood out was when I called Victor with a question about turning on the pilot of my old water heater. Instead of trying to sell me a service or push for a call-out, he simply walked me through the steps over the phone. It was clear he genuinely cared about helping, which is so rare these days.

Outstanding work! I Had both my furnace and AC replaced at the same time. The technicians were here on time, explained everything thoroughly, put down drop cloths throughout the house and cleaned up everything when they were completed.
