These electricians were extraordinary. Flexible, professional and got the job done. Re-routed some wiring from my house to the garage. They got it done expeditiously and on budget. Completely happy with the work they did and would use them again in a heartbeat!!

We had a bizarre (240 V) electrical outlet for our over-the-range microwave. They were able to quickly determine there was a 120 V line in the wall (bizarre) and replace the receptacle with a standard 120 V outlet. Looks great. They were on time. They are excellent, reliable, and courteous. They are very professional and instill confidence in the customer. They charged what they quoted. Highly recommend Roger’s Electric Company.

Just had Roger’s Electric Company out to resolve an issue I'd been trying to "self repair" for months. Called them this morning to book and appointment and in less than 6 hours they arrived at my home and resolved the issue. Mike was very professional and thorough in his assessment and work. Will definitely refer them to others and use them for future jobs!

I selected James and Roger’s Electric Company company because of their positive reviews, and I wasn't disappointed at all. They did extensive electrical work in my house, including updating a good bit of old wiring. The price was right and the work was impeccable.Roger’s Electric Company are true professionals.

I had a fantastic experience using Roger’s Electric Company. I was provided their information as a referral when I needed an electrician for my house and am grateful to have gone along with them. Everyone, from the office staff, to the actual technician were great to work with. Prices are extremely reasonable. Look no further for your electrical needs.

Rude on the phone. Hung up on me. Was simply asking for quotes. It is obvious most of their reviews are also fake.

I scheduled an appointment with these guys after reading all the great reviews. However no one showed up at the scheduled time and when I called to see what had happened, my first call was disconnected, thinking maybe it was my phone, called again and this time it just kept ringing, didn't go to vm or anything, before I hung up. I didn't even receive a followup call the next business day explaining why. Definitely wouldn't recommend them.

I called 10 times since Feb-April 2023 in regards to an over payment that I have an invoice for. I was told it would be refunded by numerous customer service reps and supposedly talked to a woman in billing who said the same, but I never saw the refund and each time was told I would receive a call back. I never ever received a call back… ever. Today was the last time I will call them as they finally connected me to some one who claimed to be in billing who said no they can’t refund me because it was a coupon code error (their system error btw). I was so incredibly aggravated after calling so many times and then for the first time he told this.
Also, I said on 2 different calls a suggestion on transparent pricing because you will not know what you are being charged for if you don’t. The only 2 words in the invoice were rewire gcfi. A detail invoice would have been helpful to know exactly what was in the price I paid. I don’t know. Am I supposed to stand there as they work? I feel my suggestion wasn’t even cared about especially on this last call because the last person I spoke with yesterday said he can’t listen to my “story”. Maybe someone there will see this review. This was my experience and it was bad. FYI
