We had the cartridge for the handle for the tub/shower fail. Our landlord asked if we knew of a good plumber and I told him to call MAS since they had repaired the same problem a few years ago in a condo we rented across the street. Tony came out and not only did he fix the cartridge but also helped solve the problem with the dishwasher that water had gone into when we had to shut off the water for the bathroom last night. Coming from a family that had six master plumbers, I can say he knew his stuff and was really good. I will be replacing a shower head in another bathroom soon and MAS will be who I will call. Every time we have called them in the last 8 years the service has been wonderful! Thanks Barb and Tony!

I called on a Friday afternoon and was amazingly surprised and impressed at how fast they were able to send someone out to my house to evaluate where water was leaking from. My technician was really nice and knowledgeable. Definitely keeping them around for future.

Mass Plumbing truly came through for us in a big way. We had a suspected gas leak in our dryer on a Sunday, and they responded quickly—on the weekend no less. It turned out there was a small leak, and they handled it promptly and professionally.

From start to finish, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. Matt, in particular, did an excellent job—he was thorough, honest, and clearly took pride in his work. They even backed the repair with a 30-day warranty, assuring us that if anything goes wrong, they'd return and take care of it at no extra cost.

It's rare these days to find service that’s not only fast and affordable but also trustworthy. We felt reassured and well taken care of. Highly recommend Mass Plumbing for any emergency or routine work!

Mass Plumbing did a fantastic job on the second job or, project they recently completed for us, including the most recent work from September 3rd to September 4th, 2025. From start to finish, their team was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. They made it easy to ask questions and never once made me feel like I was bothering them—instead, they took the time to explain the true situation and what needed to be done.

The service tech, Jason, and his partner were on time, work was explained to me and showed me what was needed. Work was completed in timely manner. They made sure we were satisfied and that area was clean. Jason and I discussed some other potential projects and again, I am very happy with his knowledge and suggestions. We will definitely be using MAS again.

Since our first project went well, we decided to go with MAS Plumbing for our next big project. They gave a quick estimate of the job and the scheduled date was fast. Tyler came out on time and performed the job with professionalism. Answered all our questions and provided excellent advice. I recommend MAS Plumbing.

I had a sewage blockage and MAS had someone out within an hour and got everything fixed up. VERY friendly service too!! The plumber took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and used some creative techniques to clear the blockage out.

How can I express my gratitude without sounding too over the top? I called them because my toilet was leaking. They sent someone out in 30 minutes and he resolved my problem immediately.
I couldn't believe how attentive to detail Jason was!
He left the place cleaner then it's been in years and installed a new toilet in record time.
I was so impressed I kinda wish I had more plumbing issues so I could call him back.

I had a clog in my shower drain. I called around 6:30 am. Más plumbing called me back with 1/2. They arrived and started working on my drain. They did a great job. Very professional. Didn’t push me into buying anything. I thought the price was reasonable.

I called very late on a Sunday night with an emergency nightmare, we had just closed on a home and we noticed back ups in 2 of our bathrooms. We call MAS Plumbing they took our information and connected us with Jason, who solved our issue and even recommended doing some follow up maintenance. It was almost 3am when he finished (at no fault to him). Ronnie called and followed up with us the next day. Highly recommend

They were rated 4.9 stars online so I called them for a gas leak on our natural gas line. The lady that answered the phone was very nice and explained everything she is very knowledgeable and even gave me a $50 off for first time customer. The plumber who came was very nice and professional he did the job very quickly and thoroughly checked the oven, water heater, and furnace twice and tested all the visible fittings for leaks on the water heater and furnace before saying he is done. MAS plumbing exceeded my expectations. Thank you

2nd time using this company, (for different issues). Is best plumbing service I have found. They answer the phone! Had floor drain plugged, didn't need overnight service but called after business hours, spoke to a person, she said she would forward the information and they would call when they opened. Called first thing and scheduled a call for that day. Were on time, very good plumber, took care of problem and checked to see if anything else might need anything, seemed all else was OK. I think their charges are fair and reasonable.

What really stands out to me about this company is the customer service. Plain old good organization that's not out to make money at another person expense (fair pricing for good work).

This is my second time calling them to help me adult in my first home. They will be and are the only company I recommend to everyone who asks.

Jason of MAS Plumbing was at my residence servicing the guest bathroom sink. Repairs needed to be made and Jason and the apprentice with him did a great job. They were respectful, clean, and answered questions.

I had an excellent experience with MAS Plumbing for my water heater replacement. From the start, their team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They explained my options clearly, provided a fair estimate, and completed the installation efficiently. Very quick service! Emailed them on Sunday evening, received a response early the following Monday morning, their tech Zachary was out and the job was done before noon of that same day. The price was competitive and Zach was very professional and got the job done quickly and cleanly. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again, if needed. Hopefully not anytime soon.

I had a great experience with mass plumbing technician Tyler!! he did a great job to change my kitchen and bathroom valves he is so polite friendly respectful .we live in condominium so he went with me to Association office for water shutoff request and it takes an hour to completely shutoff the water and Tyler patiently waited and he did his job perfectly and he did give me a good price for other 2more valves for my bathroom and he setup appointments for other technician frank and top of that he called my association office for water shutoff request again he made it so easy for me I really appreciate Tyler all your help and support you are a amazing person and great technician God bless you! Then next day other technician frank comes and put new bathroom valves and he did a good job too!I really impressed Mass plumbing I What a great technicians you have! Great service from a technician that seemed like someone I could really trust. Nice to have peace of mind with a new sump pump and backup.

Extremely prompt. Walk through each problem area and discussed what the cause may be. Worked diligently until the root clog was mostly removed from the interior of the home and then went to the outside to finish the process until the root clog was released. Tyler was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process.
