I live in Yorkville, and went with a local, contracted Premier Sewer & Septic business located in Sandwich, IL. They pumped my septic tank and installed a riser for better access to the septic. The owner is Zach Munson. Greg and Tom did the work. Zach is pleasant, professional, and was able to accommodate my schedule. I was incredibly happy with all the work that Greg and Tom performed. Their mindfulness was very much appreciated. They never hesitated in accommodating my wishes. I highly recommend this business and will continue to use them in the future for all my septic needs. A great local Septic company!

Josh, Zach and the guys did a great job clearing the soil pipe, and doing repairs to the septic tank and chlorinator. The work was professionally done and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Premier, and I’ll certainly use them again in the future.

Premier did a great job locating and pumping my septic tank. They give text alerts on what time they should be at the job and as the trucks were on their way. Great company to deal with!

Two gentleman came to fix what needed to be fixed. They were very professional and courteous. They kept things clean by laying down a tarp, and by wearing booties over their shoes and gloves on their hands.
They finished promptly. They gave us advice on how we can avoid problems in the future.
We are extremely satisfied with the service they provided, and with the fee.

We had water pouring into the basement from the upstairs bathroom plumbing and we had no idea what was causing or what to do. We called Premier for the first time ever and Zach said he would be here in 15 minutes because he wasn't going to let us go without bathrooms overnight. He was here within 15 minutes just like he said! How many businesses would drop what they're doing and come right over?! Zach went above and beyond to fix the issue and was very knowledgable. We were so impressed we had them come back to pump out the septic the next day. Thank you so much for the outstanding service and for being so prompt!!!

Great service with FAIR pricing! We had called several local services to help with our drains backing up in our basement and some of the quotes were outrageous! These guys came out with a fair price, showed us the camera as they went down the pipe and showed us again after it was cleared out. Problem solved and no more flooded basement! This company is 2 brothers that live locally working hard to support their families and doing a great job. They came out in a timely manner also and didn’t leave us hanging. Thanks for a job well done! We have already referred you to a couple neighbors :)

Best septic company and people to deal with! They address all your concerns and questions, give you options that’ll work for your budget and they are really the best. Our situation was a complicated one and Josh explained everything that was going on that 8 other companies never bothered to explain, they just kept saying we needed a new septic. He went thru options of repairing our old system or installing a new one and even gave us an affordable alternative of having a new septic system installed that no other company even mentioned. For our soil and ground conditions we were limited on what type of septic we could have installed but Premier went above and beyond, gave us an affordable option for a new septic that in our opinion was a better system and setup that other ones. They’ve come out for maintenance checks and the system did have a glitch issue but was repaired and taken care of. Hands down you couldn’t get us to go to another company after Premier, not only are they very knowledgeable and affordable they also treat you like family making sure everything is always taken care of. I hope Premier stays around for many many more years to come because I would absolutely hate it if I had to find another septic company to deal with, after dealing with them they set the bar pretty high to follow.

Premier is just amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They took care of my 90 year old moms plumbing problems and took care of my septic care.

He was very professional and completed the septic pumping without any issues. We appreciate the text messages confirming the appointment and also that he was on his way.

Premier was really fast to set up an appointment and Zach let us know when they would be coming. They showed up promptly and worked very fast and did a great job. We always use Premier because they’re reliable and professional.

Greg was very efficient. Cleaned the septic in 30 min. Very friendly and easy to work with. Price was very fair.

They do a very good job checking our system and keeping it up to date on maintenance. Don't even need to be home. Reasonable contract rates super easy to work with, one less thing on my list that need to worry about in this crazy world we live in A++
