Ed is very sympathetic, honest, and professional. One of the best people out there. He is a very good man. Will give upfront and reasonable pricing. If I ever have to, Ed from convenient plumbing is who I will call for plumbing needs.

Ed and Jeremy are great guys! On more than one occasion, Ed has showed me how to fix something myself so I don't have to call them. I have been using them for years, and their pricing is always fair and reasonable. They do great work, and I highly recommend them!

Once again, I am very happy with their work. Very clean, efficient, informative, and fair. I had a new water softener installed and moved, as well as a laundry tub installed. We couldn't be happier.

Ed provided excellent service and promptly diagnosed and repaired a problem with no hot water to a faucet and a bath. The rates were quite reasonable and he was very easy to deal with. This is the benefit to working with a family business- you get an honest father and son team.

We recently had Convenient come out to repair/replace an ejector pump. The father-son team showed up 10 minutes early, examined the problem, gave a reasonable estimate, replaced the pump. They were knowledgeable, pleasant, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. They went above and beyond what was required with the call, e.g. reconnecting our water softener. We also had a problem with a Kohler fixture in our bathroom; they called Kohler and ordered the part on our behalf (Kohler fixtures have a lifetime guarantee) and will return to install when the part comes in. We really appreciated their professionalism and knowledge. No hesitation to recommend this company and would use their service again in a heartbeat.

Convenient Plumbing was absolutely excellent in performing faucet repair work. They were timely, reasonably priced, and very efficient. I will use them for my future plumbing needs.

Would give them 10 stars if I could!! They just installed a new water softener in my house. They were $300 cheaper than the other estimate we got. Ed & his son Jeremy couldn't have been nicer and more professional. Glad to give my business to a small local family business. On top of that, it had snowed recently and I hadn't had a chance to shovel the walk up to the house. As they were leaving, I noticed they had brought my paper inside and shoveled the walk as well. Thanks guys!!

On time, affordable and great work. Guys arrived on time as they said and installed our shut-off valves quickly. They even threw down some cloth on our floors for them to walk on so they wouldn't dirty up our place. Great guys! Would definitely hire them again for our plumbing needs!

I called Convenient plumbing on Thanksgiving all the water in my house had stopped flowing.
Being on a well I expected the worst. Without running water we didn't even have toilets.
I left a message expecting someone to get back to me the next day (it was thanksgiving day). Ed got back to me that day asked a bunch of questions and said he likely knew what the issue was. He said if he had had the part he would have come out on Thanksgiving. He came out early the next day and diagnosed the problem it was what he had expected and had the water running within 15 minutes.
On top of that the price for the service call was extremely reasonable. Just want to Thank Ed for taking the time during a holiday to come help us out. I highly recommend Convenient and will be calling them again for any plumbing needs I have.

I got the task of having to contact a plumbing company to replace our water heaters, not knowing much I went to the internet and goggled a few options. From the first time I called Convenient Plumbing to the finished project, they were very helpful with my lack of knowledge and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. They were on time and very professional. They have a continued customer with us! Thank you!!!!!

Ed has worked at my current home and at a rental townhome on various plumbing issues. He is very responsive and honest with his work. We will definitely be calling Convenient Plumbing when with any future plumbing needs.

I've been doing business with Ed for 10 years.
He replaced my water heater, installed new copper pipes in my basement,
rodded out a sewer line, installed a new bathtub and drain lines, installed new bath and kitchen fixtures. They do it all. Their prices are competitive.

Thought I had an issue with my plumbing, I just bought a 110 year old home and had no water pressure in my kitchen sink. I thought I would have to change all my pipes to copper and was prepared to spend a small fortune. I called Ed with Convenient Plumbing and he came and took a look at my plumbing, instead of giving me a price to change over to copper he told me it was not necessary because my pipes were fine, all the issue was was a small o ring in the faucet!!! Ed changed that and now I have no issues at all!!! Instead of ripping me off for all new pipes (we are talking THOUSANDS) Ed said no reason to spend money unnecessarily. Thank you Ed

I have had Convenient plumbing come to my house about 5 times for various problems over the past year or so they have always gotten back to my phone calls promptly and have been very honest and fair with their diagnosis and pricing. After their last visit i had some questions and they returned my phone calls extremely promptly and courteously . This is a great company to have come to do any plumbing issues you might have.

Just want to update my post to add that we have continued to use Ed for the three years since we first made this post. Every time Ed has come through for me. From leaking pipes to a new water softener, I've trusted him for all my needs and will continue to use him in the future. ORIGINAL POST: Simply awesome. We had sewage backed up into the house from a clogged line just outside our foundation. I called Ed late at night. He had an existing dig job scheduled for the morning, and would be out in the afternoon. He called back minutes later to say that he understood how stressful this could be for a homeowner, and that he would make a special trip out, prior to going to the other dig job. Very professional. Would definitely use them again. Edit, Ed came back the next day with a corrected fitting for my clean out pipe, replaced it, and returned a $20 difference in part price!

These guys are the best! I’ve used them for the few times that I’ve needed a plumber and would never think of calling anyone else. Called today for a backed up kitchen sink, they happened to be in the area and came right over. In and out in no time and my drains work like new. Even did an extra check and tightened the pipes for me after my attempt to “fix” myself. Took the time to tarp everything before bringing in their equipment. Honest, friendly, fair and they do a great job. Doesn’t get much better than that. Thanks!

These guys are the best! Ed and Jeremy are true pros. They came out to replace my outside water spigot. They were very friendly, clean, honest and efficient. I would highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. I'm not wishing for any plumbing problems but, if one should arise I'm calling these guys.
