We had an outstanding experience with Tim and can’t recommend him highly enough.

We initially discovered a leak in our basement and reached out to Tim. He responded incredibly quickly, provided a clear quote right away, and was both professional and kind throughout the process. We were ready to move forward with the repair, but our village advised us to hold off since they couldn’t detect a leak and suspected it might be groundwater. Without any hesitation, Tim promptly returned our deposit—no questions asked. That level of honesty and integrity really stood out.

As it turned out, the issue was a pipe leak. We contacted Tim again two weeks later, and once again he exceeded expectations. He was prompt, professional, and handled everything seamlessly—coordinating with Julie, ensuring permits were secured, and arranging for the inspector. The entire process was smooth and stress-free.

The quality of the work was excellent—thorough, precise, and clearly done with care. He also left the work area spotless, which we really appreciated. Tim is reliable, trustworthy, and truly committed to doing things the right way. We’re incredibly grateful for his help and the integrity with which they work.

Drainmaster is top notch. I have been using them for years and I always experience great communication, professionalism and fair pricing. They have provided outstanding service and workmanship from sewer line replacement to kitchen sink repairs. They are the first place I call because I value their work!

I texted Tim and he called back immediately. He texted me on a Sunday night to let me know when he would be out. He followed up a few more times. He replaced my main pump and a new battery for the back up. Quick work and left the area neat and clean.

I first had Tim out about five years ago. He is very prompt, professional, and gets the work done for a fair price. He has recently done work for my elderly mother, and she was very happy with everything that he has done. Can’t say enough good things about this business and I would highly recommend them

Their knowledge and suggestions were great. They did a good job, cleaned up after themselves and were actually affordable. I asked for both father and son's license. They showed they are licensed and certified plumbers. They had their actual cards. The hard card and NOT a copy. That was very important to me, since I have been ripped off from another contractor who "claimed" to be licensed. I highly recommend this Father & Son duo.

We needed a water heater permit obtained and an inspection done by the city of Elgin. Tim took care of getting the permit and making sure the water heater was installed properly so the inspection passed successfully. Tim completed the task on time and was very professional. A+ transaction.
