The management and staff are very responsive and considerate! Always go the extra mile and are ready to serve. I’ve even seen the staff pulling weeds and picking up blowing trash. No other company we have used in the past would do this! You can also set your watch by their weekly schedule. I am VERY pleased with them.

Amazing staff, sod, and prices. I have gone back three times for the beautiful sod. Since my neighbors see the results from the sod I installed, I now ask them how many rolls they would like. The price for a roll of sod is less than any other sod distributor. The quality of the sod is excellent.

Not just grass is who we recommend to everyone. They do our yard bi-weekly, they have installed bushes, flowers, and plants in our yard. This year alone they installed our amazing stone front patio and knocked out a small collapsing retaining wall in our back yard (not put in by them) and resodded our whole backyard! They have done several "cleanups" for us and several of our neighbors. They also do our neighbors yard bi-weekly. They have put a large patio in at one of our businesses and maintain several of our business properties throughout the year. Can't really say enough good things about not just grass!

Not Just Grass has been awesome! I've hired them for routine lawn maintenance, yearly clean up, and custom yard projects. All work is done as expected and within the agreed upon period of time. The weekly crew comes every week on the same day of the week and mows, trims, and cleans up! Great customer service, too! Always responds immediately - email and telephone. Keep up the good work!

Just had a wall built along my existing patio and a tree planted in memory of my late husband. Tyler and his crew did an awesome job! I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and everything was done as promised.

Not Just Grass provided landscaping services at my farm house. Their work included grading, seeding and the installation of a patio, stairs on both sides of my house and a 46' by 30' parking area. It was a very difficult project due to the rough terrain but they did an outstanding job!

Greg and his team at Not Just Grass has handled our landscaping needs for years and their services have never failed us. Last summer we had them renovate our patio and build a pergola; both turned out spectacular. Thanks again!

Just had Tyler and the crew out to do some bassic cleanup and mulch work at our house. We have about 2 acres. Really happy with our service and will be using again. Tyler came out, gave us a quick quote, and they were back within a week to get things done. Thank you!

Not Just Grass charged a premium (07/25/22) to create a mulched garden bed along my property line. We agreed to their quote without haggling.

Less than a year later, we noticed the quality of work was questionable and had Tyler back out to determine the rework necessary in 2023. As it turns out, they cut a corner by not installing weed barrier landscape fabric.

For me, the final insult was having Tyler to the property again (2024) to create a new quote installing landscape fabric and mulching the bed again which after 3 attempts (approximately once a week) of me emailing him I have not received a response, last attempt was today.

We’ve had Not Just Grass do other projects, the best results with our property have been their sod projects. You be the judge; if a business cuts a corner, and fails to own their mistake would you do business with them?

DECEITFUL AND SLIMY CONTRACTS! STAY AWAY! I gave this company locations to cut grass. They cut the grass once, in the month of April, and charged me for four grass cuttings due to the slimy nature in which their contract was structured. BUYER BEWARE.

Not a big fan, very pushy for payment 3 days after cleanup completed. It took them 3 times to do what was asked and quoted. Just not the same as when it was owned by Tim Norris under Spring Bluff. Cut the corners work, wont succeed in local area.

Terrible. Initially fine but spiraled completely downward once they had the business. My experience included the following, plants moved died as they were not suppose to be cut back and were, broken gate never repaired, out door carpeting run over with the lawn mower was ruined, billed for mowing & weeding.....weeding was never done. All & all very bad experience! Super disappointed as like I said initially my experience with them was promising.

WHAT AN INCREDIBLE DISAPPOINTMENT! I started this process IN APRIL 2021 with Adam who was very nice and super responsive. He drew up the landscaping and the project was $10K. That included cleaning up the yard, moving cement blocks, mulching, powerwashing a cement wall and planting 149 high-pollininating plants. The plan was great, the implementaion turned into a trainwreck (WE ARE NOW IN JUNE)- I had to call them immediately to have someone come back because the debris (per the contract) was not all removed. Then I noticed that their tractor took out huge portions of my grass so they had to come out and put sod in. THEN, I discovered 25 dead plants out of 149. THEN, the grass/hay that Greg, one of the owners told me NOT to water turned out to be something resembling tumbleweed that I had to pay my lawn maintence people extra to take care of because it had 3 feet of weeds growing under it and it jammed their lawn mowers. i reached out to Adam yesterday who all of sudden decided to tell me "he works on the design side" because there are dead plants everywhere! He passed me off to Greg who suggested I wait ONE MORE YEAR? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? To see if the plants resurrect? What started out as a nice experience with Adam, turned out to be an extremely disappointing project once Greg, the owner, got involved. He sent day labor out to my house with no one truly giving a damn about my yard. I've disputed the charge and I hope this terrible experience ends here. If not, my husband and I are attorneys and we will take it through the court system if we have to. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE

Hey Greg, I guess you’ll have to accept this as written notice that you’re fired. This business is a joke. I spoke to Greg, (the owner) Friday at 6 after they blew me off for the 2nd time as a new customer who just signed up for their weekly lawn mowing service. They no showed again. My lawn looks awful and Greg assured me up and down they’d be there so I don’t have to go 3 weeks with no cut. Guess what. They didn’t show. There’s no other side to the story here either lol. There’s no excuse this company can come up with that would service as a reasonable defense for blowing me off 3 times in the first 4 weeks of cutting. 50% of the time the business doesn’t answer the line when you call, and if you’d like to leave then a voicemail, LOL get real! Their voicemail is full because as I mentioned, this business is a joke.
