Four Seasons is awesome! They came out on time, they communicated clearly and effectively, inspected my issues and came up with a reasonable and honest solution. They answered all my questions and performed the repair. Very rare for most of the contractors i have work with in past. I will use them again and again. They earned a customer for life. I will call them first for any projects in the future

Steve and CJ brought their crew to repair our roof that had hail damage. The finished the work quickly on time, and very professional. They were on the job all throughout the project to make sure work was done properly. Highly recommend them.

Four Seasons Contracting provided a thorough assessment of our 2 1/2 story older home and garage. The roofing issues included two layer tear off, replacement of venting skylight and other "problem areas" which are not always part of a roof replacement but can contribute to water damage. This company sets a gold standard for assessing the project needs and best results strategy within the homeowner's budget. Often contractors do not take the time "upfront" to identify details or potential complications of a job. The estimate is incomplete or does not reflect what is truly needed, CJ, project manager, and his team deliver a high quality product, and installation that is achieved with consistent communication, skilled carpentry/roofing skills and close supervision throughout all phases of the project. They have returned to review our problem areas several months after the job was completed and performed work on a second house with repairs. Often the "best referrals" come by word of mouth as did Four Seasons. I would heartily recommend them for roofing, and related home improvement and remodeling projects.

The entire team at Four Seasons Contracting Inc were knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work. They were easy to work with and kept us informed as the job(s) proceeded. They installed a new roof, gutters, downspouts, siding and windows. On the inside, Four Seasons did an extensive remodel of our kitchen, family room, bathroom, and laundry room. We are pleased with all the work they've done at competitive pricing. Also, we've had numerous compliments on their work from family and friends when they come to visit..

We switched from Pella wood windows to vinyl. The process was very seamless, The house is much warmer as a result, and we are pleased with the quality.

Steve made the process of getting our roof replaced so easy. They communicated promptly and often. He was upfront with me and didn’t try to have us do more than necessary. His pricing was reasonable and competitive. Steve and his crew finished our roof in less than a day. I was surprised at how quick they were and the quality was great too. I would definitely use Four Seasons Contracting for future projects.

I can't say enough positive things about Four Seasons Contracting. One of the walls in our home had a large crack, and we needed a partner who could not only fix the wall, but first assess the problem and advise on the best course of action. Steve and his team came out and knew exactly what to do. They were communicative, their pricing was competitive, and I was shocked at how quickly they were able to complete the work. They will definitely be our first call for any future work in our home!

Steve and his team are the absolute best. They do excellent work, go above and beyond to take of their clients. We had a last minute urgent repair and they came out right away and took care of it for us. Everything we have needed done around the house, we contact Steve and it is taken care of quickly and with excellent attention to detail. We have done roof repair with them, deck repair, replacements around the house and we will continue to use them for all things around the house! I can't recommend them enough and in a time when big business is all about the almighty dollar and couldn't care less about their customers, it is such a gem to find a family owned business that takes care of us as people, not as a a number. I can’t say enough great thing about these guys, it started out as hail damage to siding and roof, as we hired them we discovered there was more too it. After a long wait to recover damage cost with our insurance company, they took pics, contacted our adjuster, provided documents, meetings after meetings at our home with the insurance company…..see there was a lot too this one. They were on time, very professional, my wife and I felt that we were on top of the priority list each day for almost a year during this build.

If you need any type of work done to your home, these are the ones too call, you will not regret it. Our home is almost 100 years old and now it looks like new again. The small details that they do is remarkable to meet time period of the home, great suggestions, options and never any pressure.

I recently had both my roof and vinyl siding replaced and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, and a pleasure to work with. The crew arrived on time every day, and paid attention to every detail. The transformation is incredible. My home looks brand new. CJ , the owner was here everyday explaining everything as it progressed .He also worked with the insurance company and I didn't have to deal with anything. i would recommentd them to anyone looking for roofing or siding work without hesitation

If anyone is in need of ANY work to be done I highly recommend these guys! They literally remodeled our entire home after a devastating tornado damaged it last year. The pictures provided are a testament that display the attention to detail and creativity in Steve and CJ’s work from small to large. This project has greatly exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Additionally, Steve’s knowledge as a Public Adjuster was invaluable as he educated us on our own insurance policy, which was an added bonus. My wife and I agree that we will only call Four Seasons Contracting for all of our future projects.

My elderly father’s home was struck by an EF0 tornado. While there was very visible damage, I was concerned there might be unseen damage that could be overlooked and cause problems for my father down the road, so we wanted a professional inspection. We chose Four Seasons because they are a family-run business with a strong reputation; other people in the neighborhood who worked with them had positive experiences.
Four Seasons did a thorough job inspecting the home and provided detailed photos and documentation to the insurance company. In addition to the covered damage, there was some chimney damage that pre-existed the storm. Because my father was happy with the work Four Seasons was doing, he chose to pay out of pocket for those repairs. The end result looks amazing. Steve, CJ, and Colleen were professional, easy to reach, and a pleasure to work with.

Four Seasons Contracting did a full exterior renovation for us, and the experience was excellent end to end. Scope included new siding, a new roof, a brand-new front porch, a new driveway, and a back deck. We spoke with and compared multiple contractors before choosing Four Seasons, and we’re glad we did—pricing was fair and straightforward for the amount of work involved.

CJ was our project manager and he’s a big reason this job went as smoothly as it did. His communication was consistent and clear, he stayed on top of the details, and he was flexible when we needed to adjust things as the project progressed. The quality of the work and the overall attention to finish details really stood out, and the crew delivered a final result we’re genuinely proud of.

A quick example of how much the craftsmanship showed up in real life: I never knew a front porch could get so many compliments until after CJ and the team designed and built ours. Friends, neighbors—everyone notices it, and it’s become one of the best upgrades we made to the house.

One additional thing that mattered a lot: a storm happened during the project. We had already documented conditions before the storm, and CJ stepped in and worked directly with our insurance company. He was proactive, organized, and persistent—and his involvement made a real difference. The insurance process resulted in meaningful coverage for a good portion of the work, and I strongly believe we would not have ended up in the same place without CJ driving it.

If you’re considering a major exterior project and want a contractor that’s priced fairly, runs a tight process, communicates well, and delivers high-quality results, I’d recommend Four Seasons Contracting without hesitation—especially if CJ is running your job.

CJ and his team were outstanding to work with and did exceptional quality of work! I didn’t lift a finger. He walked me through every single detail, returned calls and text immediately and wouldn’t deem the job finished until every single detail was perfect. My roof, gutters & downspouts and new deck look amazing!!

We had CJ and his crew out a month ago and they replaced our roof and gutters. Did a very good job. We had great communication during the whole process.

We had water damage from the roof issue (not four seasons doing). CJ said he would have his dry waller come out and give us a quote to fix the damage and all the other issues we have (seams are cracking) and while here they would be able to replace 2 ceiling fans which need scaffolding or a very tall ladder to replace. He sent someone out and as soon as he walked in said this is a big project big big project. Showed him everything we wanted fixed he did he would get us a quote. Few days later CJ told us that it was too much for this guy to do that he knew someone else and would get back to us. Weeks go by nothing from CJ. We call and text him multiple times. Finally he responds that him and this new guy would be out. Told us they would be here after 3 on Wednesday. Wednesday came so did 3pm then 4 and so on. We wrote him nothing, called him next day still nothing. He has officially ghosted us after reassuring us he has the crew to help us.

Again the roofing and gutters job went great. But free he got his money for that he ghosted us. Sure hope we don’t have an issue with our roof anytime soon because I’m sure he won’t answer to fix it.

If you want to waste your time this would be the company to call. Spoke with the owner Steve regarding work I needed to complete. We agreed I would go and pick out the stone I wanted and he would be out to measure my siding. The next day I called and texted him and his wife. They didn't have the decency to pick up the phone and at lease tell me they were not interested in the job. However, it does take a person with class to be respectful and not waste peoples time. If I could give this company and the owners zero I would.
