Delta Heating & Cooling is a professional company dedicated to their clients. Technician's are great, arrive on time, complete tasks in a reasonable time.

We just had a new air conditioning unit installed today these guys are great to work with got estimate and set a install date and time very punctual and great price I highly recommend this company I will be using them always and recommend them to anyone great people

I can not say enough great things about this company. My phone calls are always answered or immediately returned. I am greeted with a smile and honesty that you can feel. Great prices also!

Delta Heating & Cooling team did an excellent job replacing our AC and furnace. Not only were the installers great, Mike was able to get our installation done the next day after we met with him and just before the last heat wave. We highly recommend this company!!

I've been dealing with Delta a number of years and they have always been super responsive. My furnace recently died and owner Fred came out quickly to repair. After weighing my options I bit the bullet and decided to replace the piece of junk furnace with a new high efficiency one. I could rave about the quality of the work, reasonable prices, etc. But the most important thing to me is trust. I trust Fred to point me in the right direction, I trust that he'll be fair and I trust his honesty so much that I felt safe giving him a key to the house to come in and replace the furnace while I was at work (where it was much warmer). I'm warm and toasty now but know if I do have any issues Fred and the team at Delta will take care of things.

Freddie was on time at our appointment. He completed work efficiently and speedily. I’ve used Delta in the past and am well pleased with them. I will call them again.

So far so good! I called around, got the run-around, and discovered Delta on accident. They agreed to come out on a Saturday, even for half what other places were gonna charge me for a weekday. They were a bit late, but were able to set my smart thermostat straight in a jiffy. Rather than accept payment I agreed to a service contract; which I was looking for a good company to work with anyway. Thanks Jeff and Bill!

I have been using this company since 2010. Incredible honesty and integrity and ethics, I will continue to use them for all of my HVAC needs.

Went with them because we were familiar with the owner. Unfortunately, the guys that came out to do the work did a sloppy job. Jagged holes cut out of the ceiling. Replaced the furnace and pipes were not cut to fit properly. Had to have them come out multiple times after the work was done to fix issues. Have had a couple other companies come out and both were surprised at the lack of professionalism in the work. Wish I would have gone with another company; would have saved me a lot of frustration.

Horrible drivers and unprofessional

Get a 2nd opinion will save you thousands!!!

First of all I would like to give this place 0 stars. I called them a few times before and even though it was work time for them, finally I called yesterday and left a voicemail and expected for them to call me today and I never got a phone call back from them. So I was continually calling them and finally got someone to pick up the phone and they told me from Belleville to Fairview Heights It would take one hour and they told me they would be there in one hour but it was four hours and they did not come. So I called again and they told me they would be there in thirty minutes so thirty minutes later the guy came and he walked around and found out the AC was on the roof and he told my employees he will come back in one hour because he doesn’t have a ladder so I called him again and he told me that can come back four days later and he said “Super rude” and hung up on me. Do NOT use these people for anything. Very unprofessional and lazy. Shame on them!

I would not recommend. These are photos of a system after they were paid to service it. They do not return voicemails or answer their phone number. They listed system as "working normal" but we had to pay another company over $300 to clean and recharge the system.
