Called this guy and he never responded 👎

I have hired ZKB Electrical for many jobs around my house, from installing ceiling fans to electrical outlets, Chris is quick to respond, comes right out to check out the job and give a quote. He and his crew are very efficient, knowledgeable and complete. They are friendly and clean up after the job. These guys are respectful as well as helpful. If you want the job done right, call ZKB.

Excellent service! Had an electrical issue in my rental property and then some communication issues. Came over around 9PM and was able to swiftly diagnose and rectify the problem. Charged me a minimal amount. Will use ZKB for any and all future needs!

Based on other good reviews on Google, I contacted ZKB. I got a prompt response. They came out and gave me an estimate, and took the time to thoroughly explain all the options for my project. Fair pricing, quality work. Definitely recommend!

Same day service after other local companies had 4-6 week wait time! Excellent work, very knowledgeable, and nice too. We'll definitely use him again for a summer project!!

If you are looking for an electrician based on Google reviews like I was, look no further….call Chris now!! We had an issue with a smoking outlet, and called him and even though he had a completely full day, he told me he would try to see what he could do, and came out that evening to make sure everything was safe electrical and that there was no fire hazard. He was professional, responsive, and will definitely use again in the future! Would highly recommend!!

These guys are amazing. Power was going on and off, then we were without power in half the house. Tried going through warranty electrician but he found nothing wrong 2 times that got dragged out waiting a month. Called Zkb Electrical and Chris came right over that day, found the problem instantly and fixed it just like that. I trust them and will be using them in the future. True professionals, plus the price is very reasonable! Thank you so much!

We were having issues at our house with the power coming and going. I called this number and a very nice gentleman answered the phone and walked me through troubleshooting right on the phone and we were able to figure out that it was most likely a Comed issue. This gentleman took time out of his day to help me through the phone. With that kind of customer service I would 100% hire this company for any electrical needs. Thank you again sir!!
